An unfortunate experience. We placed online order at 4:08pm on 3/10. Pick up said 4:25. Got there around 4:20 and figured we'd wait until it's ready. When we got there, employee was helping people in line (who most likely had not been waiting since 4:08pm), so we waited thinking ours was ready. Our app then said order is ready so we asked him. He turned around and pointed to a receipt and said, yeah, I got it. We realized he hadn't started it. We asked why not, he said because he has to take care of these (2 separate) customers first (one whose order he took while we were waiting). He then started complaining that he's the only one there. We asked him if we are also considered customers. He wouldn't answer. We asked for a refund bc we were pressed for time. He said he couldn't and we have to talk to manager, so feeling cornered, we waited while he made the sandwiches. Dear manager, all of this can be confirmed on your security camera.

I called them today ask them a question about the coupon I had they said they don’t take coupons. I was gonna come buy from here but gonna take my money elsewhere. What kind of subway this is you guys don’t take

Gross. They keep and serve rotten vegetables. The whole appeal of subway is adding toppings and when I pointed out that their veggies were rotten, soggy and no longer edible they said that this is how they keep the vegetables with a shoulder shrug as if it’s okay and a me problem. Just gross. It’s one thing for the veggies to go bad but to keep them there and attempt to serve them. EW. Definitely don’t order this on any delivery service because I could only IMAGINE what they put in those sandwiches when no one is looking if they were willing to serve rotten food right in-front of my face.

Order 2 sandwiches and once I got home and tried they were bad,the vegetables tasted riot. Threw away both sandwiches after one bit.Tried to get refund but rhey wouldn't do it.

I've visited subway restaurants all over NY and NJ. Very few of them can stand out. This one is one of those few. Due to changes to my work, I visit them every once in a while. I really like them. They're one of only 3 of favorite subway stores. There are always two employees there. They listen to customer, never rush, and do their job neatly. And what's the most important is that the food is always good. It isn't the case in many subway stores.
