Please don’t drop off your clothes here. They don’t separate the white from the colors,My husband sent out clothes here yesterday,today he went to pick them up and everything was damaged,they all went to garbage.Never again,poor service.SHAME

Good Laundromat. A/C working in the middle of the summer. Very organized. Friendly staff. Maybe could use a couple more laundry carts when it's busy. Very clean bathroom and folding tables. Wash my clothes here frequently.

Have used neatly service a few times so far, I was pretty happy with it until yesterday when my delivery was 1 hour late. I had selected the 7pm -9pm window and was not advised until after 9pm that it would be late. It arrived at almost 10 pm. The driver did apologize which I appreciate but I wish they had let me know a lot earlier that it would be late.

It’s my first time using them. I wasn’t crazy about how my white clothing turned out. I had stains on my whites that wasn’t there before. Obviously some of my clothing was mixed with color clothes or the washing machines weren’t cleaned. Also I have a big issue with the pick up and drop off times being a well over an hour late. This definitely caused inconvenience in my schedule waiting an extra hour both times.
I must say , the clothes smelled really nice and were folded and packed very well.

I use this service weekly and am always pleased. It is convenient, quick and the clothes always come back fresh. The driver, Ben, is great and he is always punctual.

I go to the laundry room and I find everything clean, I like it and the dryers fit well and the frowning Martha is very friendly.

Aww!! So happy with this service—I will be booking again, shortly. Ben was communicative and was the same person for my pick-up and drop-off. This is a permanent and definite go-to for me.

Great service . Laundry is always cleaned and folded as asked . Drivers are respectful of property , polite and communication is accurate. Would highly recommend !
