“I always go to Mavis, so when I got a sudden flat tire down the road from this location, they took me instantly. I called and asked if they had time to take me within a half hour, and Joe told me absolutely. When I got there, I didn’t even have to go in the building. Joe walked up to me and asked if I was the person who called, and then took my keys and brought the car in right away. Even when I asked for a last minute oil change request, they did it with no issues whatsoever.
They even went out of their way to help my friend with his car’s rear wiper even though he didn’t come in for any service to be done. Rich took time out of his schedule to get my friend exactly what he needed. They genuinely care for their customers.

“This place is great. The service is fast, employees are nice, prices seem extremely competitive compared to other service centers I have been to. For christmas I was sent a coupon that nearly covered the cost of an oil change which was truly excellent service. I don't really have a ton else to say besides the fact that this is the best service center I have been to and I see no reason to go elsewhere.”

“I just bought a used car and got a flat, when I looked at the tire it had a nail at the edge between the sidewall and tread, also a slash in the middle of the tread. I brought it to Costco, they wouldn't patch it. I found Terry Bros highly recommended in a local facebook group. Called them, described the problem and the owner said bring the tire, we will fix it. Got there around 4:20pm, someone met me at the door, took a look and started patching it right away. 15 minutes later it was done, only hole was from the nail. I will be back and recommend them to everyone. A great business.
Update: 11/11/2025 had another flat tire, this time a big metal tack. Brought the tire over at 8am, out the door by 8:10. Great place, great service.”
“Excellent!!! Went here for a set of 4 new tires for my wife’s car and the store manager Joe was friendly , knowledgeable and explained everything. Joe recommended the Goodyear comfort tires and the car now rides smooth and my wife loves the ride. Joe never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need like so many places try and get you to spend more than you need. The staff were friendly and location is great. They even had great coffee and TV while we waited in the waiting room. I will recommend to all my family and friends.”

“Smithwest Service Center took me in without scheduling to repair my leaking tire. Work was completed fairly quick with minimal wait time in their comfortable waiting area. I left satisfied but not sure if my AAA discount was applied to the bill. Regardless the price was fair, perhaps more reasonable than other automotive shops in the area. I recommend Smithwest Service Center”

I usually do repairs myself but didn’t have time due to work schedules and James took good care of my truck. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and charged me fairly for the work done. “I’ve brought them two cars now, one was a hot mess that hadn’t moved in 3 years but was a newer car with less than 6 thousand miles, they took the extra step of washing the car down before giving it back. Second car had a giant crack in the windshield I forgot about and was due for an inspection. Nico’s way facilitated my glass replacement for me and went through my insurance. From previous experience I know how hard the front glass on this car is to get and they had the glass installed by the end of the day and followed with my inspection and oil change the following day. Amazing turn around time and I didn’t even have an appointment. Thank you very much guys”
“Great I blew a tire on the LIE at like 4 pm on a Saturday. Luckily I am smart enough to have AAA I was towed home and now need tires so I call on pep boys and discovered they had the 4 I needed
AAA to the rescue. Towed me and my car to get 4 new tires they were quick and. Certious”

“First time at Elite. This is not an “address the complaint, throw parts at it and move on” place. Richie paid attention to everything I told him, thoroughly went through my aging bmw, found the issue- even uncovered a little surprise- communicated with me clearly throughout. I was uneasy about it at first bc I have a trusted specialist, but they are far away from me and cost and timing for dropoff and pickup were too cumbersome. I’m glad I went with Elite, my car is happy and so am I. Would recommend.”
