Bailey was a very knowledgeable young lady that took the time to answer all my questions and she didn’t mind how I kept going back and forth between two beds. And even though I was there to find out when Bailey worked next, “ Xume “ was kind enough to stay late and actually complete the sale! That’s teamwork!

It was a fairly slow night for this location which allowed Bailey, our sales rep, to help us exclusively. She was friendly and helpful and sought to answer every question we had. If she didn’t know the answer, she would find the answer for us and help us better understand our options. We made our purchase and Bailey helped guide us through the financing application and terms. She spent quite some time with us but was more than happy to do so the entire time.

The sales rep I dealt with was very helpful. The last mattress I wanted was on order but she helped be find something similar on short notice and it was delivered next day.

'Zoom' Xioux, was beyond wonderful, fair and honest! I have been shopping around a lot for the perfect yet affordable mattress and thank goodness went to Metro Mattress on my way home and was lucky enough to meet her! She gave me a great deal, highly recommend you go see Zoom , she won't disappoint!

Xoum (Zoom) was the best……she had patience in figuring out exactly the feel I wanted steering me in the right direction with my budget in mind. I wasn’t planning on buying a mattress that day but after we found the perfect one I couldn’t help myself.
