I don’t usually write reviews but I am still in shock at how I was treated today.I went in store to pick up my order of Small Batch dog food and recently when I pick up primal or small batch food my ID and credit card are checked as well.Well, today at pickup the associate asked me for a pin that was emailed to me. I kept telling him that I have no pin. He continued to rudely demand something that I didn’t have.Not being sure of the pin, I walked away as my ID and card were already checked. As I’m getting to the front door the associate and a blonde woman I assume is the manager is chasing me and demanding me to stop.I am in complete disbelief and told them this is a bit much. They told me it’s protocol to check the email as well because of fraud. This entire time I’m calm but completely in shock.I show the associate the email confirmation I received when I made my purchase and he allowed me to leave the store.Making a scene in front of other customers and embarrassing me is certainly not what I expected when picking up an order. Also had I been asked for the email confirmation it would be no problem but I was asked for a pin which I didn’t have.Since I will no longer be a customer I hope that it’s understood that the point of ordering online and picking up in store is for ease and convenience.Additionally, try treating your customers with value and not like criminals.

Shop here and you'll never disappointed with the customer service. Each employee is nicer than the next. Managers are also so warm and friendly.

I come into your store every week, a regular customer. This employee who was cashier clerk was terrible. He has unfriendly look on his face, spoke in a rude manner toward his colleague and to me as a customer: When I was next on line to be called, he called me over rudely. I said to him, “Excuse me, this how you speak?’’His excuse was he had a long day which was UNACCEPTABLE.Was not pleased at all after spending $91.69 in your store and every week.Need better management on customer service values.

I shop at the valleystream pet supplies plus if they don't have what you need the next time they stock up they give you a call always helpful and greet you when you come in

Clean store and helpful employees. They price check, which is great. I always get my cat food (wet and dry) when they have it in stock. As well as guinea pig hay and vitamin c.They're really good with dealing with customers who are irritable and just obnoxious. So they're very patient and understanding. There's two checkouts, and usually, there's someone already there. Or they quickly come to the checkout when there's no one there.Parking is easy and really close.
