I had an absolutely fantastic experience with salesperson Mrs.Nixon. She guided me through my purchase with a loveseat sofa and a dining table chair, and table set. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us and offered to help us out to select what we were looking for. She was very patient with us and made sure that my mom felt welcome and we greatly appreciated her help. She broke everything down for us from the platinum coverage for the Furniture to make sure that our Furniture‘s are good for the next five years and as well as delivery taxes and all the other fees that come along with purchasing furniture. This store felt very hospitable and I will definitely be coming back from my future Furniture purchases. Thank you once again, Shirley it was an amazing experience!

My mom is a long time costumer of R&F but on a recent purchase in the valley stream location she picked out furniture in the show room one color and what was delivered was a different color. Did not want to except delivery but the man stated she would be able to exchange once she call store. Went to store the next day the Manager Philipa was RUDE and DISMISSIVE told us it was the lighting that change the color and basically they will not help. Gave her the run around for a couple of days until they basically told her shes stuck with it. I will never buy from them again

This is the worst store ever . My furniture was never delivered and the manger Sandra Campbell was very unprofessional and displayed no empathy at all .. Do not waste your time purchasing at this store

I had one of the worst experiences at this Raymour & Flanigan location. I purchased a bed that they said was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready at all. They kept wasting my time with excuses and poor communication. I made multiple trips and calls, and still, no proper response or accountability. Totally unprofessional and disappointing service. I expected much better from such a well-known furniture store. I would never recommend this location to anyone — they clearly don’t value their customers’ time or commitments.

My In store experience with (Marsha) to my amazing delivery service (Roger). Marsha was patient and kind very helpful and patient. The real time tracker is an amazing tool all delivery services should have. The time frame was accurate, the delivery team (Roger) communicated well and handled the furniture with care. Absolutely amazing experience and well appreciated all around.
