Front desk service was good service. But the people on the floor treat you like criminals with their eyes. It's something about you being a type of class for them not to really pay attention to you.Just some people they give a certain look ?.. if you know what I mean ?

Despite being in a smaller town, usually you find more things here than you do in Syracuse. I don't understand why, but it's always worked out that way. Staff is always good, gets a little busy sometimes, and fitting rooms are generally up kept.

Do not care for overly aggressive sales people. I would like to shop on my own and will ask for help if I need it. Thanks.

Old Navy (and all gap brands) are the absolute best. I always recommend ON to my friends looking for an easy outfit renewal or to try a new size.

Customer service is good. The clearance section is a hot mess and hard to browse through. It takes up a pretty big section of floor space. Clothes are good quality

The sizes seem to be very different amongst different varieties of pants, maybe that's not old Navy's fault, but then again who knows. It's a nice store. I dislike the fact that you have to snake your way around several displays and aisles just to get into the checkout lane.
