I wasn't into the virtual appointment, a Dr. Should see you in person. The associates did a great job, and the Dr. Was nice but the whole virtual appointment isn't my thing. I feel it's poor customer service.

Had an appointment at 10am. There are no doctors on site, it's all done via video which is fine. But please explain how they are 45 minutes (or more) BEHIND schedule? The gentleman offered to reschedule me, I've waited months for this appointment, and what good does rescheduling do if they don't honor the appointment time, in the first place? Not happy with the wait time, the attitude from the gentleman at the front desk and the fact that a customers time or appointment slot obviously is not honored at all...

Everyone was professional, friendly, informative, warm hearted, and welcoming! I'm beyond blessed to have chosen this facility as a place to get my vision attended too! Called before my appointment and asked about if they took my insurance, they responded with I don’t know call your insurance (any other place I’ve been to in the past just told me over the phone). Man at the front desk was very pleasant. Lady who did exam, great. The second over the TV doctor was very rude and dismissed everything I said. The lady who did my glasses fitting was extremely rude with comments she made about me having young children who made scheduling appointments difficult. Over all not happy and will not be returning.

Was out of contacts. Called and got an appointment within just a couple days. They were very thorough and helpful. Made sure all of my needs were met.

Timely, friendly service. No punches pulled here. Everything was explained simply and specifically.NOTE: I typically see my own optometrist for prescriptions before going here. He formerly worked for VW.

Showed up for 4 pm appt. And they said, I didn't have one. So I showed them the call, appt. On my phone. He said, best I can do is 11 am tomorrow, after I drove 2 hrs.

Customer service is non existent here. Eye rolls from the young man at check in, waiting over 80 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, no doctor on sight. The lady helping with the glasses was nice, but unfortunately all of the other negative aspects outweigh this. After many years I will not be back.

My appointment was at 3:40. I arrived 15 minutes early, as recommended. I did not get in to see the virtual Dr. until 4:20. It was very quick checking for a fitting for my contacts. She (the Dr.)recommended I try another pair. The Dr. did ask why it was so long a time from when I received my contacts until my fitting date. I told her that they are very busy and appointments are months out. At this point I said to the tech, "Can I leave now?" I was told to wait in the waiting room to be checked out. I did for another 15 minutes. To be told I will be called when the contacts come in. I feel they over booked. They have to many patients.

The Male resption needs people skills & needs to learn his job ..I was in there 3 different times & felt he I'd very incompetent in what he's a temping to do ..he wasn't able to locate my faxed in paperwork on 2 of the 3 times in .when I went in for my frame fitting..he lost the set of frames I picked outThe lady fitting me...found them in the box where he placed it on side counter w my name attached to it ..as he set it up..The lady that fit my glasses was excellent & knows her job to the tee ..an made me feel @ ease. ..after dealing w that male Receptionist..I left the Store Happy w my frame fit...waiting now for the system to put together my oder. .

Was awful people don't talk to youWoman was yawning during remote part so loud had to ask Dr to repeat twiceWaited way too long. Person greeting was so bored got one or two word questionsNot friendly place at all only one person was friendly his name was Nelson these rest should find job they like instead of imposing on rest of us

Great experience. Glasses came back faster than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful including the remote doctor. My only complaint is the signs all over saying buy one get one at 50% off. What they don't say is that you can't get that deal if you use vision insurance. Good way to get people in store I guess. I'd still definitely go there for glasses again.

Appointment was at 340 for my son. We were finally seen at 430. This was after two people ahead of us left because of the wait. At least the staff was pleasant.

Had an 11 a.m. appointment. Did not get called until about 11:35 a.m. I was not informed about remote doctor until reminder call. I do not like the automated phone system.

The website indicates same-day/walk-in appts available. This may only be for adjustments for glasses. I needed an annual exam, and appts are running 6 weeks out. I’m not sure if this is due to there being no doctors on site. It’s all virtual. Which is a cool concept, but not ideal when you’re not happy with your contacts and you have to wait another 6 weeks for a recheck appt.
