Couldn't get help. I guess they won't help if you walk in with street clothes and a beard. I ended up going to mattress express got a better deal there on same bed.

Bought a bed from them 3 years ago and for some reason the bed spring separated. They came out looked at it and filed a warranty for the bed. Great customer service!

Poor business practices! They will run you in circles until they push you off the phone. All they want is your money and they won’t deliver your products
