Got a sofa from them and it was loaded with bedbugs when I moved in my place I had no bedbugs until I got that sofa-bed from them had to have it removed and trash now i,m paying for something I don't have and I know the bedbugs come from there because after I had it thrown out, I have no bedbugs, I got to keep paying for it, its to the point i,m not going to pay for something that wasn't my fault, you have alot off people set on there stuff to try it out, those. Bedbugs were in that sofa-bed way before i got it. If you buy something from there you better checked it for bedbugs first.

Told they'd have more sofas on their website. It needs work! I finally gave up trying to use it!!! Filters don't seem to work & I don't choose to spend hours looking at hundreds of items I don't want.

We bought a couch set and a dining table set a year and a half ago! We love both ! If I have any furniture to buy, I would go there again! I highly recommend this store!!!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Salesman took time to help me over the phone purchase a bed. The original item I had found online was not in stock but he searched and found something similar at a better price! I got the brush off treatment from a different local establishment. I have bought from Massey’s before and they will continue to be my go-to store for furniture!

Couldn't get help. I guess they won't help if you walk in with street clothes and a beard. I ended up going to mattress express got a better deal there on same bed.

We got a new sectional that we were very excited about. Fast forward to the delivery day… the movers lied and said it wouldn’t fit to avoid having to bring the couch in because they didn’t feel like it. After I called the store to ask why it couldn’t fit when we were promised it could fit through any standard door they all of a sudden could make it fit. One of the movers commented to my fiancé saying that I was annoying for having them actually do their job. He was not happy about that comment at all. Then they decided it was a good idea to put my brand new white/cream couch down in mud causing a stain I can not get out and I didn’t even have it for more then 5 minutes. I called the store again and no one cared or ever got back. I recently called again to just get a man that was supposedly the manager sighing (loud sighing) as I was telling him what happen. All he did was say “why are you telling me this now” and said he will write my number down.No one cared the first time I called and yet Again no one cared this time around either.

Bought a bed from them 3 years ago and for some reason the bed spring separated. They came out looked at it and filed a warranty for the bed. Great customer service!
