RAF is an incredible place! Since starting in November of 2022, I have felt such a sense of belonging, warmth, positivity, and support from all the coaches. They greet everyone with a fist bump and a smile and offer an empowering type of encouragement that has kept me more committed to a fitness journey than I have ever been before. I've enjoyed the wide variety of workouts that are thoughtfully programmed to challenge us while also leaving room for people to work at their own pace and modify according to their comfort levels. I feel really lucky to have found a gym and a community that keeps me feeling motivated, strong and healthy every day! I'd recommend RAF to anyone looking for a workout program/community that will keep you feeling excited about fitness and accountable to yourself and your goals. Try it out - you won't be disappointed!

There are many athletic facilities that call themselves “family” but RAF truly is that! My kids have been part of RAF for about six years and there truly is no other place like it. Trainers know their members personally and are in tune with their lives and overall health. When they need guidance on how to do something in the gym or out, they are more than happy to give their support. I am convinced the experiences at RAF are not just for now but will support them as people for years to come!

My husband and I having been training with Christine at RAF for over 2 months. Not only is she the best trainer and makes me look forward to coming to the gym but RAF itself is one of the best gyms we have ever trained at. She’s helped us with meal plans too! Both my daughter and niece do the High school performance training and it’s been a huge transformation for them both.I would recommend RAF for any age person. It’s really changed the way I feel about working out ?️ ❤️??

I cannot say enough about the trainers at RAF. Each and every one cares about their members. I initially joined RAF 3 years ago to get in shape and improve overall mental health. I followed through until 2 weeks before I gave birth! During the pregnancy, not only I was I supported and cheered on, but every exercise was modified as needed. The trainers always had a watchful eye on me to make sure I was completing the exercises safely. I did take a break but fast forward to my current journey, I am beyond grateful for my experience at RAF. Christine has been a solid rock as my trainer in the semi-private classes. She is an inspiration with her fitness abilities and is so kind and supportive in guiding me through mine. I have become physically and mentally stronger. I fought through the first few months with an injury but again, modifications were made. 7 months later, I’m lifting heavier, sleeping better, more focused throughout my day and eating better. It’s been a journey and a work in progress but if you believe in yourself, you will grow. I cannot thank everyone at RAF enough for their dedication to their members.

Since joining RAF, I’ve become one of those people that could spend hours in the gym and not even realize the time going by!! RAF is the kind of gym where I actually look forward to working out at the end of a busy day. I know I’m going to feel comfortable, I’m going to be challenged and I know I’m going to have fun. When I first started I could barely do one sit-up, but now 10 months later and 25 pounds less, I’m loving the results I see.The trainers are awesome, they put a lot of effort into their practice and they don’t just preach it, they live it and they love it. Big shout out to Kenny with the evening classes and boxing!!! I’m not sure I could’ve made so much progress without him. Kenny gave me the push I needed, knows exactly how to motivate me and take me progressively to higher levels! He is the right balance of tough but nice at the same time.I try to take advantage of everything RAF offers, cause why not? I learn so much from the coaches/trainers! I haven’t gotten bored like I usually would at other gyms because they have a variety of options to mix things up. Small group fitness classes, large group fitness classes, Boxing, Zumba (Reyna is a force to reckon with!) and Yoga classes (Shelley knows how to calm your mind and stretch that body)! I love that they also work with the surrounding community to host events and get everyone involved.Thanks RAF for creating a space where I feel so supported in my quest for a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I can’t wait to see what the next 10 months will bring!

I love that this environment is a fun, no pressure and supportive place. All members and staff are encouraging,, friendly and inviting. The workout routines are never the same. I attend classes on weekends and they're never the same from the previous week. They have creative ways to get the most out of equipments, bands, weights, balls, etc. when you think you know how to use something ,they add a new experience.RAF is the best fitness decision to make Thank you RAF for your support, your creativity, your encouragement. You’re simply the best.

So filled with energy, support and amazing coaching. This great gym is more than just that. Lots of options for classes, individual personal training and small group personal training. Adult classes, youth sports training, circuits, weights, yoga, boxing, Zumba. All led by amazing personable and helpful trainers.

RAF has not only been transformational to me but also to my kids. My kids have been doing group training at RAF for a little over a month now. From the start to now the improvements in their confidence, athletic performance and overall attitude are incredible. As for me, doing the semi-private personal training sessions at RAF have given me more energy and focus. This is coming from someone full of aches and pains.... I definitely recommend RAF as what makes them different is their people and support.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at RAF gym! ? Since joining, I've seen incredible results – I've doubled in size and gained muscle mass faster than I thought possible. ? The small group sessions are a game-changer, providing a personalized touch that keeps me engaged and motivated throughout every workout. ?️♂️The coaches at RAF are truly exceptional -Mike (with the Hair) ?♂️, John, and Kristine (AHHH, Kristine) ?. They're not only accommodating to individual needs but also incredibly motivating. ? Their dedication to holding you accountable pushes you to achieve your best every time. ⏰ I've also been impressed with the perfect timing of the sessions, making it easy to fit into my busy schedule. ?️Note: Safety is a top priority at RAF. The coaches are so knowledgable and they always have a secondary or "other" way of doing an exercise. I'm always properly spotted during my workouts. ?️One thing that stands out about RAF is its inclusivity. ? It's a gym for everyone – all ages, shapes, and sizes. This diversity adds to the supportive atmosphere and makes working out a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. ?Can't wait to continue growing with y'all! ??✈️

Great gym. You get a good workout. The trainers are encouraging. You work out at your level and each class is more challengingl we are at different fitness levels. I.e some of us are really out of shape. So far great experience. They have male and female trainers. Which is a plus for me. Everyone is friendlyl

RAF is such an amazing gym! The workouts are so effective; they really hit every part of your body. The trainers are super encouraging and really know their stuff. The best part about RAF is the community. Everyone here is rooting for everyone, which only motivates you more to achieve your personal fitness goals. You get so much out of one place; I can’t recommend RAF enough!!

The best gym out there. RAF provides flexible options for membership and flexible class times. The trainers, especially Mike N., are great and keep you motivated and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. The equipment is up-to-date and the gym is kept clean. Very supportive team at RAF.

I've been to many gyms over the years and was so happy I tried RAF. This place and their trainers have helped me to up my workout game. Christine was very patient and personable and work closely with me achieve my physical goals. Each of their class seemed so carefully design to tap into every part of your body reaching maximum results in a short time. It definitely helped me to increase my strength and endurance. Something I thought I would never reach and enjoy in the process. I'm beyond Thankful!!!

I took a deep breath and dialed the number for RAF. I decided it was time to get healthy before turning the big 5-0 and RAF was starting a 6 week challenge. I was petrified of going to a gym after so many years of doing nothing but counting points. But Christine put my mind at ease and got me all signed up. I began the 6 week challenge the following day. Erin helped me with nutrition every Monday night on our Zoom calls. In the end, I lost almost 18 pounds. I was so happy with the results, the workouts, the support and encouragement, that I fully joined the RAF family after the challenge. The staff and members have been amazing to me. This is a “no nonsense, get in there and put the work in” kind of gym. I highly recommend you stop in and check it out for yourself. Come down and see what the RAF family is all about. You won’t be disappointed!
