We stop by to get.. a cup of coffee and a croissant, my pregnant wife want a cup of chocolate and once we got there.. they just looked at us and said we are on break.. and they didn't sale the coffee or anything.. I looked at them like . are you serious and they looked at me like it is pur break.. before we turned it up into a big deal.. we just decide to leave.. never coming back to that place

everytime i come here they always get my order wrong i honestly just don't understand. so i stopped going for a few months i choose to return again just having high hopes that maybe just maybe they changed workers since they first opened but NOPE once AGAIN they manage to mess up my order a very simple order. i'll just be sticking to dunkin' or just making my coffee at home

The store is new 9/4/19.. walked inside and one worker just looks at me. No welcome at all. I looked around and the store is not tidy. I guess they are too new to know the small things. One thing I can say is that everyone was focused in working behind the counter and it was 4 employees back there I hope they improve.

Terrible! They get your order wrong (for a simple coffee and scone) and the worst part is they leave you waiting for the order and no one asks if you're being helped. Disorganized and rude as well as incompetent. Epic fail of a place that I had been so looking forward to!

Walked in randomly on a hot summer day and approached the counter to place and order. The barista starred at me with a smile which I thought was to take my order but apparently he and his colleagues were playing around on their headsets making jokes. I managed to say a whole order and then the guy goes. Oh what excuse me I didn't hear you and points to the headset... Fail

This review is based on the inconsistency of the drinks. I go to Starbucks daily in Los Ángeles and am visiting family nearby I picked up my regular drinks and they tasted nothing like Starbucks! I asked for a salted cold foam and got black coffee with foam and that's not what the drink is I also asked for extra foam and barely got any. Yes their customer service was exceptional with the drive thru staff even being super humorous and charming but I wanted my regular drink so I was super disappointed.

Made me wait 25 minutes for a mobile order. I was waiting inside while EVERY other customer was getting their drinks, not once did any of the 4 employees who saw me standing there asked what I ordered and tried to help. Terrible customer service. I've actually never written a yelp review in my life but they sucked so much that day I just couldn't let it go.

This is my favourite Starbucks to go to and one particular employee named Kris always gets my drink right. The staff is always super friendly and polite.

I never like to leave a bad comment about a Starbucks, I am a very frequent flyer with this company but seriously, this store is the SLOWEST drive thru I have ever been to. I am not even sure how their manager / district manager allows this to happen. This is not an isolated incident, and it's sad. Everyone is usually very nice when you finally get to the window, but 20 minutes is ridiculous to wait on a drive thru line. AND what's worse is that if you don't want to wait, the line is a single lane, so you can't even get off the line until the cars in front of you leave. How frustrating.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! You wait on the drive thru line for a minimum of 20 minutes every time you go... The drink is wrong 8 out of 10 times. and then they sit there and try to make you a new one which holds up the rest of the people behind you. no exaggeration this is the third time I have been there and the same thing has happened to me and I order a very simple drink. decaf mocha Frappuccino with no whipped cream and extra ice. it's not hard at all I don't understand why they always mess it up!! today I sat on the drive thru line for 29 minutes. not to mention if you decide that you don't have the time to sit there and wait there is no way out because of the way they built it, you can't leave the line you have to sit there and wait for the other cars to go first. WORST STORE EVER. The employees need to be trained properly before opening a new location!!!!!

Ridiculous wait times. Its as if they don't know or anticipate busy times. I waited 15 minutes on line. The drive thru line was atrocious, so I unloaded my toddler and went inside. After waiting 15 minutes in line with 8 other people and no one to take our order, a girl asks us "are you all waiting to order?" Seriously?! After finally ordering, another 7 minutes for a drink that didn't even taste good. This location really needs to get their act together.

I attended this Starbucks a few times since it opened and its below par. I picked up a chicken chipotle wrap that had me sick and throwing up all night. That same visit My daughter and I both ordered an Iced cloud macchiato & 2 different people made our drinks because the first person didn't see that the order was for 2. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get the 2nd drink. I saw people coming in after me and leaving before me and yet my 2nd macchiato still was not made. A worker then made the 2nd drink and it wasn't even made the same way as the first one. I didn't notice that until I got home. My daughter's Drink was nice and sweet and mine was very bitter which was the 2nd macchiato that was made. Then as of this morning I got feta spinach wrap from them and it had a piece of wire in it. I'm done with this location. Great neighborhood and great location but terrible service. And apparently they do not keep up with their packaged food expirations
