I’ve been calling non stop it rings once and goes to voicemail. Lazy lazy lazy. I just need to know if they have my debit card. I left in the atm before I went on vacation and I can’t get in touch with a human being to see if they have it. Unbelievable.

The ATM here is garbage, never takes the card since they changed the machine and it’s always out of order, tired of the inconveniences

Outright refused to cash and deposit my PAYROLL check (not a personal check). I have cashed and deposited several PAYROLL checks at other locations and did so once the week prior here but I was refused today by their teller and manager due to “company policy” claiming they could be “fraudulent checks”. Oddly enough, I was able to go to the branch up the road and cash and deposit my PAYROLL check with no issue. Save yourself the trouble.

Haha ha ha. The fine print always causes spent chewing gum inside the ATM doors that take cash and checks . Maintenance man gets paid more for the fine print .

Waited 30 mins for a paper to get notarized and left. not once did an employee ask if they could help us. All walked by like they didn't see us. Horrible Horrible service. Do not recommend going there.

Have 2 drive up teller windows and seems like only 1 teller working both. I know with covid 19 not at full staff however should not have to wait for 30 to 60 minutes to get service and get done.

I made a wrong transaction i put a stop on it i called to get my money back they denied me my own money other words they stole from me.
