Quiet, intimate spot for good sushi - the steamed gyozas were a highlight. The staff is incredibly friendly - we sat at the sushi bar and chatted with our chef!
Locally renowned since 1995, Sushi 1 has been serving guests only the finest bounties of the sea. Proprietors Kimihito and Yoko Osaki have successfully transported the traditional flavors of Japanese cuisine to an intimate, 32-seated restaurant on the East End of Long Island. Experience the nearly endless combinations of flavor and texture, from the lingering saline sensation of Hokkaido sea urchin to the tender, translucent slices of local porgie.
