Two employees were running the counter both were on the phone with customers and neither could help the customers in the store check out. It was a good 5 minutes standing there.

It was not very much inventory, they didn't seem to have anything that I needed. Also, the person behind the counter did not seem very knowledgeable. Disappointment.

Wow plenty of bad reviews for advance auto parts in white plains but for me It was a quick and uneventful visit to pick up front and rear brake pads , front wiper blades and some antifreeze. I guess the bad reviews is that if you need help while roaming the aisles , there is no one around but at the counter area to order parts it's a different story as I was helped asap and giving good advice of which brake pads are the best for my wheels. FOR parts , accessories, etc, you can do worst then advance auto parts , for me I got what I needed at reasonable prices .

Handy store actually right behind the BP station on Bank street. You have to go up a block and make two rights go down to a dead end, you can't miss it

No parking, they do battery test ONLY if you TAKE IT OFF and PUT IN FRONT OF THEM. Worst experience ever.

Horrible customer service and horrible inventory management. I specifically Called for a product that online showed was the ONLY advanced auto parts on the east coast to carry and they stated over the phone there were 3 in stock.I drove an hour to get it to hear it’s not in stock and they didn’t provide a name for a manager to report this horrible service. I get better customer service at McDonald’s

A little short on stock items due to COVID. It's a bit of an awkward location. Finding parking can be tricky sometimes as the store is on a dead end street.
