Tried calling to inquire about something that is very branch-specific and someone literally picked the phone up and hung it up immediately so as to avoid answering. It was very deliberate. Tried calling back and got no response. Not sure if closing at 5 means that they stop answering the phone at 4 but I hope corporate finds out about the lousy and outright rude service from these bums.

The staff was friendly. When I went there was not too long of a wait. This bank is located on a main street and is accessible.

They didn’t want help me to open a checking account, I arrived to the bank at 4:30 pm and they just said me “we will close at 5:00 p”… I was making a deposit and then paying a pay off to Can open the account, but just said me it’s time to close… we can’t help you. I’m terrified with your customer service.

It was 4:30 pm and I needed help switching g. My acct. I was told I would not be able to be helped because the banker had a person and they close a 5pm.

I needed a signature guarantee from a financial institution in order to open a US govt treasury direct account. It made sense to go to Chase being that I have checking, brokerage, credit card, and mortgage accounts with them.Unfortunately, I had the bad luck of being directed to Ms. Sundaram of the 134 Mamaroneck Chase branch.Seconds after glancing at the form, I could tell she wasn't interested in being helpful. She told me it'd take 3 days since she'd need to clear it with the Chase legal team. (I've done this before, and no it doesn't.) I called her bluff, and said 'ok' and remained seated. I watched her waste 15 minutes.. asking for my debit card, confirming my accounts, eventually calling her legal team, and finally, after all of that, telling me that she legally was not allowed to help me with the form.I left, went the the next Chase branch a short drive away, and 5 minutes later had a signed form.

Absolutely amazing service. This location is clean, handling COVID very well and all of the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Sonia H displayed some kick butt customer service skills going above and beyond. Ronald VP of investment is great too!
