They did awesome job with replacing my vent glass, I wasn’t expecting it to be done so quick.Also everyone was so nice to me and just want to say big thank you to a tech who helped me with jump starting my car today, big big thank you Sir!

Pieces of glass were left over in my wife's front seats. And there was a foot long, deep scratch left on the side of the car. They ask for her to bring the car in to take a look, just to deny the damage was done by them. The pictures they took to document the car suddenly vanish, but specifically the ones showing that side of the car where the scratch is, how convenient. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very quick, efficient, and informative. The specialist at the front desk is very helpful and the gentleman who repaired my windshield explained how the crack may get bigger upon repair but not worry. He was so thorough and very friendly. Everyone addressed all my concerns

I was very trepidatious about going here. I had already been to two different local garages who wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix the drivers side window. But Elize, at the front desk, greeted me with a smile and was very professional. Then George, the expert mechanic, came to my car and looked at the window. He knew almost as soon as he touched it what the problem was and how to fix it! ---- Nothing like the other mechanics in the neighborhood. I would recommend George and his team to everyone! Thank you !

I wish that all service operations worked as professionally and pleasantly as the team at Kensico Ave. Safelite. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and quickly admitted into the service area. The gentleman who did the repair of my windshield glass was extremely confident and experienced. Additionally - everyone I spoke with was very upbeat and patient. I highly recommend!

Friendly, professional, and helpful techs.The shop was clean and easy to find. I was greeted promptly and told what they would do. After the work was done, the tech explained to me everything that was done and told me some precautions I should take until the glass sets. I highly recommend this location.

I have used Safelite before at another location. I find that the technicians are all very professional. Mr Przywarczak and Mr Williams serviced my vehicle and the work was excellent. The location has a limited waiting area, but I was advised about this before I arrived. I went to the Westchester Mall which was a five minute walk.

Showed up about 30 min early for my appointment. Workers were polite and informative. Windshield replaced quickly, taking less time than the estimated time given. Everything is good now. 2020 Subaru Outback.

I had several chips in my windshield, some of which were expanding and needed to get my windshield replaced. I had an excellent experience at Safelite in White Plains. It was a seamless experience from setting up the appointment to picking up my vehicle. All the staff and technicians were polite and very helpful.Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here on google, but safe to say that it’s not wholly representative of this location.I have used Safelite in the past and each time it has been a painless and seamless experience. Thanks Safelite.

They did right by me. I have an FJ Cruiser and if are familiar with these cars the top molding of the windows should be replaced when replacing the window. I have a special edition FJ and the top molding could only be optioned from the dealer. They worked with my insurance to over the cost and located the part at a local Toyota dealer to complete the job successfully. Thank you guys!

The manager Billy is very unprofessional and rude. Long story short- I took my car in to get my windshield replaced. When I brought it home everything looked fine- next day it started raining, therefore, I turned on my windshield wipers on and I immediately noticed one was missing. Due to the misplacement of my windshield wipers- one flew off and the other one was sitting over my hood therefore when I turned them on it scrapped some of my car paint and damaged it. Due to the right wiper missing— it scratched my windshield; not only was one of my wipers missing at this point but there was now a noticeable scratch on my windshield again. So I reached out to safelight and spoke to the manager, Billy, I explained this entire situation to him- he took 0 accountability, blamed the paint damage on a “recall” of my car, and didn’t want to do anything. Due to the insurance policy I was able to bring my car back in to get the windshield replaced again because of their 30 day warranty policy- something which I had to bring up because he did not offer that to me at all until I mentioned it. A week goes by, I fill out a survey obviously I didn’t have the best experience with them. When I go to pick my car up again- I ask to speak to the manger because I had a question about the paint damage and had spoke to a representative who let me know I could do a “Casualty Loss” the first thing he says is, “Oh the one who would never bring her car back to this place again” exposing confidential information I filled out on my survey- I was confused by his comment and proceeded to ask him why he said that and that I would like to do a casualty loss and he said, “Oh your survey, thought you were never coming back, right? Also we’re not admitting to any damage,” so already I was even more frustrated because he was being very rude and unprofessional and not willing to take make things right for customers of safelight. I leave and go get my car and noticed they painted over the scratch that they supposedly “didn’t do” so if they weren’t the ones who did that damage to my car why would they even bother to paint over it? Makes no sense but he is very unprofessional, off putting, and because of his attitude I would never willingly go back there. He had shared his number with me to send him pictures when I noticed the damage on my car and I had followed up with a text and realized he had blocked me lol I shared pictures below of the paint damage and where they painted over it but they still claim it wasn’t their fault. Billy is a bad representation of providing customers good service/ being a manager not sure how he has a leadership position.

I got my windshield replaced in less than an hour. Everything was clean and they was even able to save my inspection sticker so I didnt have to get a new inspection. Everyone was friendly unlike at the location in Mt. Kisco. The person who answers the phone in Mt. Kisco has an attitude problem but at the location in white plains, everyone was friendly and helpful. I went through my insurance and everything went smoothly

Trash all around trash... no body knows anything, no nobody can do anything. A bunch of drones without a hint of customer service. A whole lot of passing the buck when it comes to customer problems. Do not recommend!!!! Manager Billy is no help,utterly USELESS.
