Purchased a winter coat. When I went to wear the coat the zipper didn't work. Called store, they said to contact the vendor as it was defective. Contacted vendor, no luck, they said contact SOF directly. Round and round in circles. SOF wouldn't offer a store credit. Bad customer service. Stuck with this coat (that is adorable) but cannot wear. To get the zipper fixed will cost a fortune, more money spent! Oh well, that's what you get for trying to get a good deal....... I would hestitate to purchase anything there.

Don't go there to save your life.... Today on this Sunday, I had one of the most awful experiences in my life. After shopping at the store and spending hundreds, my car was booted and disabled just outside Saks off 5th store at White Plains, NY. The parking security demanded $165 in CASH to remove the boot. Again the parking is free for all. There are no even parking meters. I even called police and they said don't bother. Two hours later, I had no choice but to pay. Cash only of course and they had no change to give. Do not shop there!

Omg I thought the long island stores rocket but this 1....wow. I'd drive the 1.5 hours a month to pick up some great bargains. Clothes are presented nicely and you're not tumbling through racks S you do at some other locations. I'll be back. Got some beautiful Christian Dior sun glasses at a ridiculous price. ❤️

Place looked old and gloomy. Was expecting better but $100 dollars for a sweater I can find for $20? Super overpriced. Nobody's gonna buy a sweater for $20.

Italian Gold jewlery is GARBAGE! Take your business elsewhere, bangle snapped after wearing it twice and since it was purchased without 'insurance' and not within 30 days Saks will not refund our replace it , you have lost a loyal customer!!!

Hands down one of my worst retail experiences. The lighting was awful, merchandising was terrible, and the availability of sizes left something to be desired. The cherry on top was the absolute lack of customer service from Robert, the manager on duty. If answering the phone to prevent customer service issues is inaccessible then maybe you should contact your corporate office to help put out the line of fires I had to witness.

Went to pick up an online order & the service sucks here! A clerk was standing at the counter & I walked up to that counter & she looked right through/beyond me. Had to ask her for assistance & she insisted I press a barely-working buzzer.... took awhile for the buzzer to work & then watched that clerk walk away & I waited & waited & waited for another to clerk to come & assist me. Won't be back!
