While I wouldn't consider myself a slave to labels, I have a accumulated a few pieces over the years from luxury fashion houses. Ferragamo is one of those houses - I'm a fan of their ties and their shoes have a timeless look. Recently my dad was eyeing a Ferragamo bracelet that I recently purchased for myself, and since the holidays are coming up I thought it would make a perfect present for him. This Ferragamo in The Westchester was the easiest one for me to go to, so off I went. This Ferragamo location (or as I like to call it, Uncle Sal), is located in The Westchester - and is right at home among the other high-end boutiques it shares the space with. I went on a weekday so the store and mall itself wasn't busy; after browsing for a minute I found the bracelets and started browsing. The SAs were not overly aggressive which I appreciated, they let me browse by myself for a few minutes before approaching. Once we got into conversation I explained what I was looking for - I was able to test the different bracelets they had and I found one I thought my dad would like best. Before I knew it I was checked out and on my way. Overall, I had a good experience at Ferragamo - I was able to get what I wanted with ease and the SAs were friendly. If I ever had the desire (or budget) to purchase another Ferragamo piece, I would definitely consider coming back here.

Calvin was extremely unprofessional and rude. Speaks in such a condescending manner. I have no idea how they can employ such a person.

Horrible experience. The man who approached us was rude and condescending. I guess because of our casual attire he did not expect that we were on our way to a charity function and were shopping for weekend accessories. This is certainly not what their corporate management would allow. However, after two calls to the New York corporate office...no return calls. I guess they don't need the business.
