Rude lady informed me they weren't open while standing around doing nothing. Bad representation of Subway. Rude, rude, rude young lady. My mouth ready for a delicious turkey sandwich.

Stopped by and got a piece of their Chicken Marsala pizza and it was delicious! Looking forward to trying more.

Flew in from San Diego and was looking for some classic NY pizza. This place didn't disappoint. Food was fantastic and the owner made sure we felt like family! Pizza was excellent as were all the sides we tried. Definitely worth stopping in.

My wife left a negative review on their Facebook page, I was going to leave it at that, but after the owner Julius of the pizzeria called my wife at home and was kind of bullying her instead of being apologetic I decided to leave this review as well. So we have ordered from Venice pizzeria on North Broadway for a couple years since they've been opened. The owner was always very nice and honored a 2 for 25 deal that was no longer advertised which was very nice. we have my daughters friends over a couple of times during the week and we take advantage of the two for 25 deal multiple times. Honestly if you ask my opinion I've never been happy with the pizza. If you ask for well-done it's always soggy. The pepperoni is very scarce and scattered. But for the money it's doable. if you ask the kids they don't even like it to be honest with you but the deal is pretty good. We always ask for paper plates and nine times out of 10 they forget but again not a very big deal. Today I ordered at 5:05 the kids have to be at religion at 6:30. We live right up the road from them. About 6 I called and asked where the pizza was he said he'll have it there in 10 minutes. My wife works in the door wondering where the pizza was, she called them to express her anger and he told her they left 10 minutes ago so long story short the pizza arrived at our house at 6:45. Kids left for religion for the next 2 hours hungry but of course we had to whip something up for them but the whole plan was to get them some pizza. the driver came they never took my credit card information where they didn't process it when they drop the pizza off, I had no cash in the house to give him a tip so he called the pizzeria and they said the pizza was on them. My wife told the driver that is just not acceptable this is not the first time we've had issues and she's leaving a negative review. that's when the owner decided to call my wife and instead of apologizing basically spoke to her out of line. he actually said that nobody treats us this way blah blah blah acting like a real bully from what I could hear and what she explained to me. so I would take that as horrible customer service in the end because a customer should always be right within reason obviously. we've ordered multiple times from them and obviously we were very upset that the pizza took an hour and 45 minutes. He should have been a lot more apologetic and I'm pretty upset with his overall tone to my wife. He told us to go order from Broadway Pizza, which I would absolutely recommend, the taste of their sauce and cheese is far better but that's the saying you get what you pay for. Very disappointed in this situation, I don't think me and my wife did anything wrong. All of the nice gestures and pleasant customer interactions with the owner in the past goes right out the window after the way he called my wife. I attached a picture of the pepperoni that's basically how the pie comes very skimpy with the topping and very sporadic. Maybe the two for 25 deal they don't really put a lot of effort into it but it just looks like it's thrown together. my negative review on the taste and quality of the pizza honestly has nothing to do with the terrible customer service we dealt with today I've felt like this for a while and the only reason why I ordered from them was because we were getting two pies delivered for $25.

Been here several times with family and friends and it's honestly the best pizza in the area. The sauce is just amazing!

I placed my first order the other day asking to be served a Brooklyn style pizza. *The pizza arrived to my home warm & quickly. *The sauce is very tasty! *They used fresh well-balanced ingredients. In a world filled with bland/tasteless pizza at every corner it's nice to find Venice Pizza.. Note: The delivery boy could've done a better job with handling the pizza. Everything pushed to one side is not ideal.

This establishment is honestly soooo amazing. The place is clean and it has an open kitchen, so the patrons can see the kitchen. Trattoria does not have a regular pizza place vibe to it, but a much more modern look to it; which is very refreshing. The owner is a sweet guy who has a welcoming personality as well as Tim, who is a sweet Albanian.!! Now to the most important part... the food is absolutely delicious. The pizza is not greasy and your cheese does not just fall off the slice!!! The calzones as well were super good and the crust was crunchy and not soggy!!!! All in all the place is very good and I encourage you all to take a trip down and have a slice.

I first heard of Venice Pizza when I received an advertisement for it in the mail a couple of weeks ago. While I'm generally unimpressed with pizzerias in Westchester, Venice stood out to me because they claimed to be "bringing the Bronx and Brooklyn to Westchester". Since I'm from the Bronx and have had my share of Bronx pizza over the years, this instantly caught my eye. Since none of my colleagues bought lunch today, I suggested we order from Venice to see if they lived up to their claim. Looking over the menu, they have a nice selection of pizzas as well as other Italian dishes and some desserts. Since this was our first time, we decided to get a large plain pie as well as some garlic knots and mozzarella sticks. I have to say, the pizza was pretty good. The crust and cheese were just right; the sauce was a little sweeter than I like, but as a whole the pie was a success. The garlic knots were fine - I love carbs so I enjoyed them, but they were neither better nor worse than ones I've tried elsewhere. The mozz sticks were good - I liked that they remained intact while dipping and eating vs. having the cheese too oozy or the breading fall off. Delivery was fast, and everyone was pleasant enough which was an added bonus. Overall, this is probably the closest I've seen to NYC pizza in Westchester. With the relative mediocrity of pizzerias in the county, it's nice to know that Venice is close by. I'll definitely order again to check out more of their selection; I think I've finally found my go-to pizzeria in White Plains.

The pizza and other items on their menu are out of the world. Lots of pizzarias in the area but this place is a gem. If you're in North White Plains give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
