Vince, Terry and Jeremiah made a great team. Vince was more than knowledgeable about my car and its needs. Though they were busy- they kept everything moving smoothly and made sure everyone was taken care of !

Pulled up and waiting like 30 minutes. send me to the right side bay. pull in and scrape the hell out of my underside/exhaust. i don’t drive a real low car but apparently no one thought to check before having me drive up. so they send me to another bay and after waiting for multiple cars yet again, pull in and again scrape. and that was it. sitting for like an hour to be sent off with scraped up exhaust and no service. i didn’t even complain about the scraping but the fact after all that waiting it was just welp gfy ?♂️ tell me ahead of time or give me a coupon for the damage and time wasted or have some ramps or boards for cars that are too low or something, literally anything. haven’t had this issue at other valvolines as well.

Had such a wonderful experience here that I feel the need to review. Extremely professional staff. Namely Alex the mechanic here on 11/22. Noticed my windshield wipers were garbage and recommended a change. Just overall didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing any of the right answers and made it a pleasant and quick experience.

It's earned these five stars. No more long waiting in a waiting room. Sit in your car while getting your oil change. Fast, friendly and polite!!!I had written a review praising this location much improved service. However, it seems such may have been short lived after this morning. Three car bays, two cars being serviced two cars waiting. Five staff visible. And after 25 minutes, I left. I got tired of watching folks standing around.

I just wanna say how wonderful the Valvoline in Elmsford New York is! I just came back from having my oil changed. The customer service is always very good with a polite, friendly staff and timely service. They answer all my questions And are very thorough.It definitely takes the stress out of having the oil changed!

Valvoline claims 15 minutes... needlessly, the process more like 30-40 min per car. So, lining up with 1 car in bay, 1 ahead of me in line, it was a 2 hour visit. Moreover, no one asked to check headlights, brake lights, turn signals, etc. Not convinced routine checks that supposedly come with the service were performed.
