The dealership is immaculate. Sales rep Sam was very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Finance team AWSOME. The rep who went over the car did an excellent job. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and I am sure it will not be my last. I highly recommend White Plains Volvo!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Niki He.She was exceptional and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I stepped onto the dealership lot, she exuded professionalism, knowledge, and patience. I was debating which car to buy and with no pressure she was helping me find the perfect vehicle. Well done Niki.

Thank you Stephanie for your expert help in figuring out which car was right for our growing family. Stephanie knew the XC90 inside and out and brought out two different versions for us to experiment with our car seats. She had so much patience. We are so glad that Volvo of White Plains has someone experienced like Stephanie who could help us on our car buying journey. Definitely ask for Stephanie if you just had another kid and want a fellow parent to work with you on fitting three across or more car seats in a Volvo.

We were blown away but how helpful snd kind Sam has been throughout the lease process despite the complexity of our situation given that we recently moved from Cambridge, UK. He went above and beyond to make sure we get all the papers in place and get the lease rolling. Now in my company, I recommend my colleagues to directly go to Volvo Cars White Plains. Thanks for the best service ever, we are grateful to Sam and to Volvo White Plains.

The sales girl Pam was not effective in selling the car to us in fact they almost lost the deal because of her.The manager found us the car. She had no knowledge of any questions we asked her. I found her to unprofessional. She drove a car to show me another car had no keys and told me to look in the window to view it.She told me nothing about the car. She talked about herself the entire time. She left while we were in with finance guy. Who was amazing. She didn’t give us our insurance cards. My opinion she should either be trained or not sell cars. She did the bare minimum and I felt uncomfortable with her getting the commission. The young man who explained the car to us was amazing. The receptionist was amazing. The manager was amazing. The car sold itself but it was a very frustrating experience with her lack of professionalism and her very obvious lack of interest in her job.

I had an excellent experience leasing a new car as a first-time Volvo customer. Niki He was great to work with- she helped me get a great deal on my vehicle, was thorough and patient in answering all of my questions as it was my first time leasing a car. I was able to get my vehicle quickly and the process was so easy and efficient. She is very responsive to emails and calls and the entire process was excellent. 5 stars, highly recommend working with Niki at Volvo of White Plains! Also, when I picked up my car, the gentleman who showed me all the ins- and outs- of the vehicle was very polite and thorough. Though it was late in the evening he did not rush in showing me all of the features and advanced technology in the vehicle so I knew how to use it to its fullest potential and really customize my car.

My wife and I are interested in purchasing a used Volvo and I saw this dealership had 10 of the model we were interested in listed in their used car inventory. I made arrangements for an appointment to test drive a car (I picked the first one in the list) via email with someone. A few hours later I get a call from a sales guy telling me the car we wanted to test drive has been sold so I said, "fine, we just want to test drive that model, you have like 10 on the lot." He then tells me they are all sold and I ask why they are listed on their website and he tells me they are listed until the buyer picks them up. Talk about bait and switch? And the guy (I didn't get his name) was a dick in general. Glad we didn't waste our time here and I guess I should have check the reviews on Yelp first. (Also, I see this dealership at this address is listed twice so I'm going to post this review in both places!)

On September 20, 2023, I purchased a "Certified Volvo" from White Plains Volvo, assured it passed a thorough 170-point inspection and was in near-new condition, including new brakes.Nine days later, upon the vehicle's arrival in Arizona, discrepancies arose. On October 3rd, an inspection at a Gilbert, AZ Volvo Dealership highlighted:1. A non-functional driver-side mirror motor.2. Cracked interior wood paneling.3. A significant 4-inch curb rash on the passenger side rim4. Shockingly, the front brake pads were worn down to 3mm and 4mm, under the safe 5mm threshold. This vehicle’s "certified" status is not just misleading but hazardous. Now, I'm faced with unanticipated costs: $438.95 for brake pads, previously promised as new, and $882.76 for a rim.My trust in the "Certified Volvo" label has been shattered by these issues and unforeseen expenses. This isn't just a breach of trust and safety, but a deviation from the standards expected of a reputable dealership let alone the Volvo brand that prides itself on "safety".I demand redress from White Plains Volvo for this grave misrepresentation and its financial implications. The BBB must be aware of such deceitful practices to protect future consumers.I trust the Volvo White Plains will address this with utmost seriousness.

About a year ago, I went to Volvo White Plains after scheduling an appointment there to test drive in hopes to purchase. At the time I was excited as they had the perfect car in stock but I needed to review the plan with my wife at home. It was late afternoon on a Wednesday, so I told the salesman I would be in the next day to finalize the sale. The salesman said he was off on Thursday but would be back on Friday, and would tell the team to hold the car. I inquired whether a deposit would be necessary and he said no. Sure enough, I called on Friday and the car was sold to another customer. At that point, due to frustration, I decided to find a different dealer and complete my purchase.Fast forward a year to now - we needed to get our inspection done so I scheduled an appointment. Given the close proximity, I decided to try Volvo White Plains again but for service. The appointment was set for them to pick up the car from our house (my confirmation states pickup, not drop off). They did not show up, and when I called they said they cannot come pick the car up and I would have to wait until later in the week or I can bring the car to them. We brought the car in and not long after we arrived, the team notified us they had an accident with our car leaving large scrapes and scratches on the driver side. The team took full responsibility for the accident and told us they would fix the car. They provided a loaner and told us the car would be repaired but they would need at least 5 days to do so. After a week, they said they would need another 10 days. I can see the driving record thru the app and the car didn't move since the day of the accident. We finally ended up getting the car back on a Friday evening and after driving the car less than 2 miles the rear tire (same side as the body work) essentially exploded. We did not run over or hit anything and my research on the damage points to the over-inflation of a tire. I confronted the dealership about this and they have done nothing to take accountability even though I had to pay hundreds of dollars for road side assistance and tire repair.I am a pleased with the product and I understand accidents happen but this has went from being several inconvenient experiences to a deeply concerning safety issue as I had my toddler in the car with me. The fact I have not heard back from them in weeks says about all you need to know about the level of customer service you can expect here.

As an update we had a call from Alex, who was very apologetic and we have just received our money back.Appalling After Sales Support. Sales Man on site was great, we were persuaded there was no risk to putting $500 down to hold the car we were considering. Unfortunately we couldn’t go ahead and requested our deposit was returned that was 10 days ago. We chased after the five days we were told it would take and were advised it would be looked into. Still nothing so chased again yesterday. No response phoned again and was advised Sales Man was off sick. These things happen, but when I asked to speak to a Manager who could help, I was “fobbed off” three times, left a voicemail with no response and I have just been informed only the Sales Guy can action and the Manager was busy with some (poor unsuspecting Customer) he couldn’t talk to me. When I asked what would happen if the Sales Man had left there was no answer. We genuinely hoped in the new year to go back to Volvo White Plains to buy another car, we definitely won’t be doing so now. Volvo we want our $500 back!

Excellent Customer Service! Customers are greeted warmly as they enter and given the feeling that ‘service’ is a pleasure! ? Everything was explained and justified. The customer lounge is very welcoming and comfortable. Coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks make the wait comfortable and relaxing.

We took our XC60 in for 1st year/10,000 mile service. I have to say it was very convenient. The attendant was at the door waiting. Communication was straightforward. The shuttle was there and dropped me back at home. The service was done timely and our rep Luigi was friendly and kept us updated. Pickup was easy too. They have a good system in place here.

I had an amazing experience with my salesman Sam. He took his time to explain everything and make sure I was good, A+! My issue was one, the car needed to be update so it took 3 and a half hours for me to get the car. On top of that, Management did not talk to me until I stopped one of them. Second, the AC only works on level 1 or 5, there’s no in between. I called service and I need to wait almost a month. To be this high end of a dealership, service needs work.

My wife and I worked with Sam to get our first car and the process was absolutely seamless. Sam was amazing at working with us to find the right car and was also responsive to our calls and questions. Sam and Volvo White Plains gave us the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and didn’t pressure us. They even sourced the color car we wanted from a distant dealership.
