Ordered a fruit arrangement for my aunt for Christmas, had a slight problem. I was called back right away by the store's owner Gail. She was FANTASTIC, like old fashion customer service. Replacement was sent out and my aunt was amazed and extremely pleased with the size and freshest of the product. Thank you once again for your service and attention to detail. When I need to order again locally I will be calling you.

I placed an order with Shari's Berries/1-800-Flowers for a birthday delivery of strawberries same-day, which was confirmed and paid the night before. They called me on delivery day to tell me they could not make the delivery until the next day (despite confirming a same-day delivery). I explained that this was not acceptable since it's for a BIRTHDAY and they said the best they could do was a 50% refund and delivery a day late.

The website was so easy to use! The arrangement was beautiful and packed so well that I didn't worry about if falling over as I delivered it to my friend. My friend really loved it and said everything was fresh and delicious! I will absolutely be ordering from Edible Arrangements again and again!

Excellent service. I called to see if they could have an arrangement for me within the hour and she had it ready in thirty minutes. Very kind associate. The recipient of the fruit bouquet enjoyed the "fresh, juicy fruit." Will definitely be back.

this was my first time using edible arrangements and it will be my last . I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a valentines day balloon. I had learned that only 50% had arrived and when calling they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it until the following day which heavily defeats the purpose of putting in an order weeks ahead of time to be delivered on a specific date. not a very good first impression

I ordered online, then called with hopes it was a slow day. When I spoke to Carrie (excuse the spelling) she started talking about my order as if I had already given her an invoice number, I only told her my first name when she answered, but she was on the ball and I confirmed my info and what was being delivered. She heard my plea for a hasty delivery and got the arrangement, via the work of a very skilled delivery person (thank you as well), delivered in under 2 hours from the time I was sent an email confirmation. Thank you, great work!

Love that place. It is the best gifts. They are always very helpful. This morning we just walked in of course in a hurry. They did a box for is for a last minute gift. No matter what I need or what the occasional is these are the best!! The employees are pretty awesome too!

My friend ordered an arrangement..I was away for the day and my friend called to ask if I was going to be home for a delivery..I said I would not be home for the day but hoped I could make arrangements for the next day. I called and left a message when it would be convenient to deliver and they said those times didn't work for them and it would be best to pick it up at their store. I did and the fruit looked old and had no taste at all...so sweet of my friend to think of me but don't waste your money.

I can't say enough about my customer service experience w/this EA store. After a delivery challenge, they were apologetic, communicative, and real problem-solvers. I would go out of my way to use this particular store again.

If a negative 5 stars was an ability to do so, I WOULD!!!! The Williamsville NY Edible Arrangement location provides EXTREMELY poor customer service! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I spent close to $150.00 and the excuses the manager and "Well were very busy, we started working at around 3:30-4:00... There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE to receive an arrangement as I did... It's an embarrassment to give this as a gift! My concerns are as follows: 1.) I ordered a white container and received a Mother's Day container and was told they used this Mother's Day container by accident OR WAS IT MORE LIKE THEY NEEDED TO GET RID OF ALL THEIR MOTHER'S DAY CONTAINERS instead the white container that could be sold all year long??? 2.) The storage container for traveling they used for this Mother's Day container was oversized... At the turn of my street corner my @$150.00 purchase ended up tipped over on the floor mats. I was unable to pull over to pick up this arrangement. When I contacted the store owner, her excuse was "We've been complaining to corporate too! Call them!!! So not only did I receive the wrong product how can I tell if what I paid for includes the same amount of fruit in the arrangement displayed??? 3.) Along with the fruit arrangement I ordered a dozed chocolate covered strawberries. The ones on display had nuts and decorated very pretty in the store but when ordering I was told they are discontinued. SO WHY IS THIS PRODUCT STILL BEING DISPLAYED ON THE SHELF??? (A shop and Bait sales scheme??? When I received my dozen strawberries, they looked old and the bottom of the box was EXTREMELY sticky. GROSS!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT... When I questioned the stickiness on the bottom of the box. I received no apologies and the employee said I'll just wash off the stickiness... REALLY????? A $40.00 box of chocolate covered strawberries and I have to beg for a decent product presentation??? BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Came in Saturday for smoothies and they were fantastic, and my kids actually think they are good but really they are a healthy snack instead of junk. The customer service was awesome too very attentive to their customers. We will be coming back for more.

Excellent customer service at the Niagara Falls, Williamsville, and Depew locations!! Such fresh fruit in every basket. Flowers are only to look at, but fruit bouquets look great and are delicious!!
