What’s the point of offering 1 hr, charging me extra for 1 hr delivery, then taking almost 3 hrs to deliver? Wouldn’t recommend

I picked up my arrangements and they said they have bags. So if you pick up an arrangement you have to carry it out in your hand.

I cannot even give them one star. Worst customer service ever! I ordered something for same-day delivery, which they confirmed. And over an hour later, they called to tell me that they couldn't deliver it because all the delivery people went home. I asked to speak with the manager, but of course she wasn't there. I had Emma, the girl I was working with call the manager and just ask her if she could have an Uber for the same delivery fee they were charging me. Well, of course I was SOL as they were not willing to help me out at all! Shitty store it should really be shut down!

BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 2/28 for a delivery on 3/1. The order total was $124.97 and the order said that it had to be shipped via Fed Ex even though we have a local Edible Arrangements. It didn't make sense to me but I was in a pinch and had to place the order. The order was set up to be delivered to an Elementary School and was actually delivered to the loading dock at the district that was unmanned at the time of delivery so the order was placed on the ground, not signed for, and not found until the end of the day that it was delivered. So instead of the order being delivered to the office of the Elementary School that was requested on the order so that my Niece could receive her gift from us it was found at the end of the day and to top it off there was never a card put on the order our Niece didn't even know that it was us that sent her the gift. This was such a waste of money and a big disappointment. Today I called the Customer Service line to express my concerns and to ask for rectification and the rep told me that because the order was shipped via Fed Ex nothing could be done regarding the order. So much for Customer Service. Steer clear of this company. There are several of other companies to order from out there. I wish I would have chosen another.

We ordered Simply Edible Bouquets for our Pastoral Staff for Pastor Appreciation Month and the folks here did a fantastic job.Not only were they helpful and friendly, everything was ready on time and packed so that delivery all over Erie County was easy.Our hats are off to Edible Arrangements of Williamsville!

Ordered a birthday gift for my grandmother from this location. It was delivered to the wrong address down the street. When the neighbor finally figured out it was for my grandmother, it was too late as they were at work all day and the fruit had rotted outside on a hot day. I called the store to report the mishap and was told by the person who answered the phone the manager would be in touch. I never heard from them again. Very disappointed and I will never be ordering from this location again.

They were amazing! Not only did my friend give rave reviews (who we bought the arraignment for) about her treats... they also went above and beyond. I ordered in the earlier morning hours, accidentally put 2 for the quantity... the store rep called (apologized for calling early... which was completely fine because I was up... as she saw I just placed the order) to confirm I did in fact want 2 of the same thing. It was a mistake, so they were able to edit the order. What a great way to go above and beyond. Will make sure to use this location every time!

Ordered last minute. The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. Was very satisfied with what I sent, however adding a balloon was very expensive! They did love it and enjoyed it very much. It was well worth it! Would order from them again! It was for a baby girl. They even shaped the pineapple with things related to a baby!

Ordered an arrangement at 12:30 to be delivered for a birthday on same day. They called me at 1:50 and tell me their delivery driver went home for the day. They close at 3, and apparently 2 and a half hours is not enough time to deliver the small order 15 mins away? I'm sorry but if you're open and an ordered is confirmed for delivery on that day it shouldn't be delayed a day. A birthday present will be late now because they don't know how to manage a store or uphold an agreement when purchased? The lady helping me did her best to assist me but still, sorta defeats the purpose if its late. Bananas

I had an order delivered this week and it was not properly covered. When you choose a delivery date, you do not choose a delivery time because they will just leave the arrangements on the porch. When my family member arrived home less than an hour later, there were bugs all over the order. I have called every day this week to speak with a manager and I am always told one is not in and often leaves by noon. I have left my name and phone number for the manager to call with no response.

I ordered a Sympathy arrangement to delivered. I understand that sometimes deliveries are not possible. The stored call me at 11:08am and told me nobody was home. I told them I would pick it up. I call them at 2:51pm and said I was on my way. They said truck didn't return yet. Edible Arrangements called at 4:31pm to say package was in the store and they close at 5:00pm. I told them I couldn't get there by 5:00. Their response was I would have to pick it up tomorrow. I sure there are options to get the arrangement, so it could be delivered. There was no effort on their part. Use another store. May be that store will be more willing to work with the customer

I was happy. Good customer service with both ladies I spoke to. Everything looked & tasted great. Delivery was done after a time I requested even tho it wasn't guaranteed. & the B-day popcorn is good too. I'll be returning. ?
