I came to look at a vehicle here and worked with Alex. I was told I could come pick up the vehicle two days later and trade mine in. I put a deposit down. When I came, I was told I would be better off private selling my vehicle (fair enough, it wasn't in great shape). The car needed detailing anyway so I agreed I'd come back the next business day to pick it up. I then sold my car. The day I was supposed to pick up my new vehicle, Alex texted me and informed me that apparently they didn't have the title and it might not be in for another week. Why didn't they check this when I was supposed to come pick up the car the first time? I then asked to see if I could borrow a loaner in the meantime since I sold my car when I was under the impression I would be picking up my new one the next business day. They said they couldn't do that. They ran my credit to get me approved for financing and never called or spoke to me about what I was approved for either. I decided to look elsewhere for a vehicle and when I called to get my deposit back I couldn't get through to anyone. I ended up getting ahold of my salesman and they're refunding me no problem at least, but this was my first time trying to buy from a bigger dealership and it was pretty terrible.

A few weeks ago, while leaving work, my engine oil light kept coming on. It was the later part of the day. Traffic was heavy at that time. I knew I couldn't drive all the way to my dealership, which was quite a distance away. I happened to be not far from Lia Honda, so that's where I headed, hoping that they would be open. They were!! I spoke with Mark, who was very professional and polite. I explained my situation to him, and he went out and checked everything for me and found out what the problem was and explained it to me. He resolved it and had me out in minutes.Thank you, Mark

If ever you want to have the worst customer service then this is the place for you.Experience- Went today and no one really bothered to give a quote for a car. On asking the guy told to look at the website!I am glad that I went to another dealers including Toyota, and Hyundai who were able to assist me in having different quotes instantly. I will try another Honda dealer now but ‘hey, if you have found a torn card at the entrance, it was me who thrown that’

Kyle Britton was extremely helpful with helping me purchase my awesome new Honda. He was very patient explaining all the controls in the vehicle and spent a lot of time showing me everything the vehicle can do and helping me set it up. I felt very comfortable with him and he was extremely helpful. Honda is fortunate to have him as an employee. I will definitely buy my next car from this Honda dealer again and hopefully Kyle will be able to help me out again.

Really poor car buying experience. Pointed out several cosmetic concerns and was promised the service team would handle it. After 4 days, I went to finalize the deal and check out the job that was promised. Nothing was serviced, gas tank was half full, exterior wasn’t washed, tires not correctly inflated and the cosmetic scratches were not buffed like he promised. On top of all that, Mike also promised he would call me later in the week to follow up, which also hasn’t happened. Even the financial manager drafted up the paperwork incorrectly- assuming I was leasing pre-owned. Again, overall poor experience where promises were made, not kept and basic details were overlooked. Extremely disappointing.Edit: I’m responding to the reply made by Lia below. They are making it sound like I haven’t returned their emails or calls, when I’ve been in contact with Greg (who made this reply) and have called Mike back, which went to voicemail. I shared that I have already purchased matching paint for the vehicle and will fix the damaged wheels on my own. To say that they have made several attempts to reach out and eagerly await a return call when we have already communicated; yeah - I don’t know what else to say here.Editing my review from 2 stars to 1 for this misleading response.

The sales manager, Chris is the most condescending person that I have every met. I have 3 Honda cars currently, and I was there to purchase my 4th. When I attempted to negotiate the purchase, considering my loyalty, his response was to take the car or else leave the dealership. The worst he could have said was that the price is non-negotiable. He was clear that he'd be happy selling it to someone else, once of his contacts at a better margin. A lot of insider discussions happen at this dealership, they prefer taking paid packages with 3rd parties and like to be benefitted from it.I'd refrain from buying cars at this dealership. They act so polished outside, but they are crooks in this business and couldn't care less about customers.

Terrible place. They know nothing about repairing the car. I had the gasket head replaced twice within two years right after I bought this 2017 Honda Accord in 2020. The engine keeps leaking all the time. Now they said it was not the gasket head, I had to pay more to fix some valve cover. Terrible car, terrible place, terrible service. I want to give a zero star.

Sales person, Antoun Ibrahim, was extremely professional and personable. He was forthright and answered all questions completely. The transaction was completed efficiently and content made very clear. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Lia Honda.

We recommend Lia Honda.

Hi.When I give my reviews I only do it to express the good features of the place. This time, unfortunately, it is not. I can't say anything good about the Lia Honda Service area, quite the opposite. First time visit this dealership. This Friday August 4th I visited this dealership to have my son's car serviced. Received me the most horrible person Customer Service could have. His name is Mark. Mark was rude, unprofessional, racist and xenophobic. Since I got to his counter, his attitude was not very nice. Without listening to the reason the vehicle was being taken in for service, he placed the service authorization papers on the counter for me to sign. I asked him why he had to pay the amount that the paper said, because I understood from a letter received from American Honda that this service was free under the extended warranty of the Honda company. I cordially asked this man (Mark) to speak with my son who owns the vehicle and explain in detail everything related to the service that would be performed and the reason for its cost. He took the call and spoke to my son, my son asked him the pertinent questions while this man answered him in a very arrogant manner. In the same conversation, Mark tells him that we can take the vehicle to another Honda service dealer, because Lia Honda is not the only Honda service center in the area. My son explained to him that the service was at that dealership and that he just wanted to be clear about everything and why he had to pay the amount that the paper to sign said. Mark gives me back my cell phone with my son still online, my son tells me to make the payment to continue with the service. At that precise moment, this Mr. Mark takes the car keys, opens the door of the Service area and in front of all the staff tells me that he will NOT admit the vehicle for service, that I must leave the establishment, with the keys in their hands. It was an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable moment for me. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor to which this man refused stating there was no supervisor at the time. Both my son and I were calling the dealership to speak to a supervisor to explain the unpleasant customer service we had experienced and it was useless to contact a supervisor or someone who could handle our claim. That person is definitely not a Customer Service Representative, his attitude shows the lack of empathy, professionalism and tactlessness to be in the position he occupies. It's very sad to find people like that in a place that is supposed to provide customer safety. I would not recommend this dealership for service as behind one of his counters is this man named Mark.In addition to this, I am a client who deserves to be explained in detail and adequately everything that I am accepting in a document that requires my signature, even more so when it comes to disbursing my money.

Excellent customer service again from the Lia Honda Service Department. I’ve been a loyal Lia customer since 2010 , first with my 2007 Civic , then continued after purchasing my 2018 Civic from Jacquie Andrusz. Last month I brought my Civic in for replacement of the condenser , with the warranty extension. Due to a mix up , there were no condensers available and the work could not be completed on that day. Since I would have to bring it in again , Service Manager Neil T went above and beyond to arrange for a courtesy loaner car for the the next appointment , so that I could leave the car there for the day and not have to cancel my patients again (who are veterans , many of whom are elderly).He really went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t have to take any additional time off work , which was much appreciated.Thanks again to Neil and all in the Lia Service Department for great customer service.I look forward to being a Lia customer for many years to come !

Awesome work on my truck! I was told what it would cost for timing belt change plugs, and differential upfront and were spot on! They were the only dealer who could tell me the cost prior to service!

Stopped in there today after having a charging system warning on I-90 heading into Buffalo. We were on a trip back home to Illinois. The service reception staff were very welcoming and eased our panic a bit, but the folks inside were much less so. I appreciated the advice to head down the street to the Acura dealership, but perhaps Honda could work with their dealers to accommodate some emergency slots for people on the road who are in trouble to at least take a look at the problem and offer some advice. Not necessarily a criticism of this particular dealership, but maybe some advice for Honda and their dealership network.
