Hey, I'm at Your Williamsville store on Main St & S Union RD, upgrading my Samsung S7 to an A71. I've been a Sprint customer for 23 years and I never felt that they took enough time to offer me specials regarding plans as well as equipment. I've followed T-Mobiles rise & their purchasing of Sprint as well as their rolling out of 5G. My assistant is a good friend of Ethan Morgan and after a few brief phone conversations I was confident that he was my new phone guy! Along with his associate James Downey, they were able to transfer all of the information that I need. They made me feel very confident in my new device purchase, and answered all of my questions and concerns professionally, accurately, and timely. I'm extremely happy that I stopped in, Ill be more than happy to refer others.

This is by far the best T-Mobile store I’ve been to. The employees here go above and beyond making the switch over experience easy and comforting. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain each step of the process. Out of all carriers, I gotta say if you’re making a switch, stop by and see these guys. Very professional. I will be back. Management is A1! Keep it up

Headed over to this location this past Friday after having been an Android user and a Virgin (Mobile Customer) for many years. It was time to pop my iPhone cherry. I was unsure what their Coronavirus protocol would be, and upon arrival it did seem that they were adhering to a capacity limit in their store as the manager counted how many were already inside before allowing me in. I knew I wanted the iPhone 11, so it wasn't too much of a process. I was helped right away and got right to switching my service from Virgin (or Boost, whatever they are these days) to TMobile. It was a smooth process. I will say, I never previously noticed how much I watch people's mouths when they speak before this whole mask-wearing ordeal. The employees there actually had a dry erase board to assist with any potential communication troubles. Nice touch!

Deion and Alexandria literally spent an entire day trying to help resolve an issue that another T-Mobile store caused. Basically - another store bricked my phone line and Deion and Alexandria went ABOVE AND BEYOND to work with corporate customer service and high level tech support to completely restore functionality to my line and my phone. I had spent over 4 hours the night before and the morning of the time I went to go see them to try and resolve it with customer service but, simply couldn't make any progress.

My fiancé and I were fed up with Verizon so our friend at work referred us over to this T-Mobile store. Between Matt, Deion and Alexandria everyone was great and super helpful. They were very nice, professional, had us laughing and made the whole process enjoyable. I’m so glad we switched to T-Mobile and glad Deion was there to help us in the process. Would definitely recommend them!

Came in to trade in my phone for the new Note 10, Matt M the manager told me over the phone that my trade in value would be 300$. Had an appointment at 2, then waited 30 min before getting assisted, okay no problem. Then spent the next 2 hours waiting for the employee to began the transfer all for their "system" to crash, during which time I was informed my trade in value would only be 200$ and that the manager, Matt M. had given me incorrect information. During this time multiple other customers came into the store and where Matt M told them their wait would be ten to fifteen minutes, which was a straight lie and many ended up leaving after 20 min. My purchase ended up not occurring because of their "system crash" and they were not able to rectify the situation other than to offer to put the note 10 (with all my personal information) in "the back" so it's not sold until their system could work.

This wasn’t the closest store to me but had the best reviews so I decided to stop in for an upgrade. I worked with Deion. He was patient and very helpful. I appreciated the service I was provided with!

Terrell saved me $250. By switching from Verizon to T mobile. Today I upgraded my old phone and he corrected my problem that I was having with not getting my data properly and paying off the Verizon phone charge. I will also go to this store and deal with Terrell and James bother guys were so knowledgeable!
