I love T-Mobile, but this location is the worst. This is a franchise store, not a T-Mobile owned store. The employees are rude, condescending and not knowledgeable. Every time I go in there, they screw something up, or are completely clueless about the process. Then they will try everything to upsell you, and even put you on the highest price plan without your consent. Stay away from this location if you don't want to be taken advantage of. Go to the Niagara Falls Blvd store, it is a T-Mobile owned store, and not run by scam artists.

As a senior citizen, please know that This location has a great staff who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my silly questions and requests.

If i could rate my experience no star i would. Very unwelcoming and rude from the beginning. Seemed irritated that somebody entered their store and ruined their hangout.

This is by far the best T-mobile in the area!! I’ve been coming here for YEARS and it’s nothing but a positive experience every single time. Ive just finished my Christmas shopping and this team pulled out every stop to make sure I had everything I needed!!! 10 out of 10

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!Justin, the manager, and the staff are unprofessional and misleading. They scam buys into thinking devices are free when fees coming later in your bill and are told to contact justin if there are any issues. However, when you speak to him to dispute the charges, he says it’s past returned date or they do not do returns. READ OTHER REVIEWS. This location is a third party location. They pay T-Mobile to operate & are not corporate. The store manager, Justin, provides misleading statements which results in your bill increasing even though he told you devices were under a “promotion.” Even though I said multiple times I did not want TWO Ipads, he claimed it wouldn’t increase my bill because they were given because I bought a new iphone. Do NOT go to this location for ANYTHING. After going to a T Mobile location that is corporate, on Delaware Ave, I will be returning my ipads to this location and never going there again.

I have been a customer for a very long time, I presented a situation about equipment not working... they said instead of having to pay $50 a month for equipment that doesn't work I ONLY have to pay $13 for broken equipment, which doesn't sound like alot but being on disability I have a very limited income. The manager, Justin, said he wasn't able to do anything because he wasn't the manager at the time of sale we are talking a few weeks!But gee if he was the manager at the time he could help..WHAT??? VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I went into the store today to upgrade a phone. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, as was the woman working with him. Excellent customer service!

Josh, the manager at the Williamsville location was exactly what I needed. He was patient and helpful. When I declined services or items he thought I would like, he wasn’t pushy about them. His store is clean and welcoming. I firmly believe the prices that ALL cell carriers charge are way too high, but that isn’t this branch’s fault. Josh made the experience easy, quick, and friendly.

My phone screen died 4 days before going out of the country. I wanted another Pixel phone and the store near me didn't have one. The manager called this store and they set one aside for me.It was tricky since my screen wasn't working. But the young man was very helpful and patient. I'm not great with new tech, and he helped me with several questions as I was setting up the new phone.I really do like TMobile, and I've always had good service. The only thing I'd recommend are chairs in their stores because sometimes it takes a while if all sales associates are busy. That is no reflection on this store, but what I'm sure is company policy.Overall a great experience at what was a stressful time.

Excellent customer service. The young man helping me took all the time necessary to explain the details of their offerings. And set up the transaction. I'm very excited about joining T. And free Netflix is a nice bonus. Plus new P6's at a great discount.

My mom and I had to come in at the very last minute in a bind to help my fiance and his sister get onto our phone plan because of a death in their immediate family which caused them to lose their plan abruptly over at Verizon. Sabbir was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind as he and his coworker (whose name I did not catch) guided them/us through a super painstaking process of getting their long time phone numbers transferred over to T-mobile, which, was only as difficult as it was, because of Verizon not being the most helpful to them. This literally took at least 2 hours including waiting on hold with Verizon for 45 minutes, not including the actual call when someone did finally pick up to help, and they did not complain or make us feel rushed or guilty over needing to get the phones on and activated on their original numbers right then and there that same night, as they had to have phones to contact family and others that night, urgently, due to the death that had just occurred the day before. When things like this happen, having such kind and patient people there to help is crucial, and Sabbir and his coworker killed it in that aspect. Thank you guys. My mom and I will continue to bring our business there for the foreseeable future. A+
