We got our COVID boosters and the pharmacy tech could not have been more helpful. She knew every little thing that could go wrong and headed most off befirectgey happened. Other pharmacies (see Wegmans) are still trying to figure out how to do the boosters but Walmart just does it.

Excellent Pharmacy everyone is helpful and go the extra mile to help. The gentleman who runs this pharmacy location is great. He took time to make sure I understood my new medications and when I should take the meds.The girls up front are always nice and smiling. I’m sure it’s hard to do somedays !!

Have been going there for years,staff Has ALWAYS been over the top helpful,best prices on meds,I won't ever go to Rite aid again for prescriptions, prices to high.

This is not my pharmacy, but my mom uses them and I often have to go in to pick up her medication. I've gone twice recently & was pretty impressed by both the speed and customer service. This was not at all what I was expecting from a Walmart. I've had issues with long waits & crappy service here before, so I didn't expect much better from the pharmacy. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! My wait time was short both times I went recently. However, at my second visit I was told it would be about five minutes & it was actually closer to ten. But still, that's not a long wait & when the pharmacy tech saw I was still waiting for the prescription, she sped that along. After paying for my mom's medicine, I was instructed to meet the pharmacist at the end of the counter. That's where I would be given the drugs. At my pharmacy, they ask if I need to speak with the pharmacist, and I almost always say no. They don't give you an option here, which may make some people mad, but I actually think that's kind of smart. No liability for them that way either, which is probably a wise business practice. There were a couple of customers ahead of me to speak with the pharmacist, but I didn't wait long. She asked me to verify the information on the prescription, then told me of the side effects, possible other drug interactions, and how to use it. When she was done, she asked if I had questions, and then told me to, "have a healthy day!" Some people may have found that cheesy. It seemed heartfelt and genuine, and I appreciated the kind words. I love that my pharmacy is right across the street from where I live. It's very convenient (especially if I desperately need my asthma meds & am the only one who can drive to get them). If it were not for that, I'd consider a switch to this Walmart pharmacy!

Terrible customer service. Don't listen to a word customer says.
