Ordered online, pulled in reserved spot, walked into store, used kiosk to advise I was there, a very nice young man helped to confirm my order and brought out bags. Easy peasy!

I'm not sure what department Angelo works in, but I hope he answers the phone anytime I call. I am the caregiver to my senior mother and she is set in her ways. She loves her charcoal grill and with the help of Angelo, I was able to get it for her. In such unprecedented times and everyone short staff, he assured me if no one answered in lawn and garden, he would walk over there for me and asked for my patience. Not sure of Angelo's role, but you guys are beyond lucky to have him and I'm sure he'll go far. No store is always perfect, but Angelo has mad me believe in the good in everything.

Only only register with cashier was open. Poor girl she did her job well too. Had to call customer service and they opened more registers.

I understand we are in the mix of a Pandemic and Walmart wants everyone to wear masks. However Walmart has enough money to pay employees to stand at each exit/entrance to ensure masks are being worn. I have a problem craming in and out of 1 door. Parking is the same way everyone parks to the side where the 1 door is open. Not to mention on numerous occasions when i go there after walking a distance to the entrance and standing in line for the mask check the shelves are almost empty. Walmart needs to work out their own issues and be a part of the solution not problem. Walmart needs to take a page out of Home Depots book of dealing with the public during the Pandemic.

I love this Walmart, very clean. It had more time than enough stocked. Friendly and helpful ?

Everything in the same place and good prices, not in every article I bought but no need to go to other places to find it. Some of the personnel don't care about you but always you find someone who like to help.

Walmart had everything we needed and at a great price. This was our first visit since Covid and the store is still controlling the number of people they let in the front door. There is only one entrance way open and employees are there to greet you.

I recently tried WalMart pick-up for the first time, at this Transit Clarence/Williamsville location. WOW, what have I been waiting for to use the pick-up service! Here is why I'm pleased:** I needed to get a Walmart run in for a sizable haul for the fam', but time was not on my side. I went to the website, and was luckily able to snag a pick-up reservation for later the same night.** When you grab a reservation, you have one hour to get everything into your online basket, and finish your transaction. Shopping online was very easy. I was able to find all of my usual Walmart groceries and household supplies without issue well within the hour. ** Our daughter is vegetarian-gone-newly-vegan, and I was even able to search "vegan" and find some new things, including a "meat" lovers pizza! :-)** Later that day, I received an email that my order was ready for pick-up; I checked in that I was on my way, and checked in when I got to my spot.** Within maybe five minutes, a sweet Walmart worker rolled out my fairly large order, and loaded it all into my trunk. She was mindful of eggs and bread, asking if I'd prefer them in the front with me. If I could have tipped her I would have, but Walmart pick-up workers are not allowed to take gratuities. She was masked, polite, worked efficiently, very pleased!** And that was it, I was on my way home! When I got home, all of my groceries were there, and in good shape. Dates were good, I had a couple substitutions (I knew about them, they notify you via emai), which were all fine. ** Mind you, I do not buy produce and fresh meat from Walmart. Even when I pick those things out myself, Walmart is hit or miss with fresh foods. But I had a lot of dairy, eggs, bread, frozen, and it was all good. The non-perishables, pet and household items were all fine, too. When I am inevitably in another time crunch, I will definitely use the Walmart pick-up service again at this Walmart location. Love or hate Walmart, for our fam' you simply cannot beat the prices on things we use regularly. This convenient service makes those savings even more valuable.PREVIOUS REVIEW (Because Yelp won't let me update??) -Walmart is my go-to for grocery shopping. Sure, I would prefer to shop local, but I cannot beat the bottom line of Walmart for most of our family's grocery and home supply staples. We recently moved, and this Walmart location is now my most convenient. Since the pandemic started, I have been coming here once every two weeks to stock up. I come on a weekday afternoon, when it is usually not too crowded. After the initial panic-buying of the pandemic calmed down, I've been able to get most or all of what I need. The store is bright, clean, spacious and pretty easy to find things. I'd say it is better organized and up-kept than other Walmarts I've shopped in, so kudos to their management for keeping a tidy store. One thing I really like is this Walmart has several of the larger self check-out aisles, where you essentially have a private lane with your own conveyor belt and large bagging area all to yourself. I always prefer to ring out my own groceries, but this is particularly useful during this time of social distancing. My only qualm, which is a qualm of any Walmart, is the produce can be hit-or-miss. I grab a few well-priced pre-bagged produce items here when the dates are good, like carrots, cabbage or lettuce. And maybe some bananas. But I do usually make a Tops stop for most of our produce, as that is something all Walmarts can't seem to get quite right with freshness. Overall, we will continue to shop at Walmart until my family wins the lottery. And you could do a lot worse than this Walmart location, if you too don't mind shopping big-box cheap for your groceries.

Very impressed with the pharmacy. Pleasant informative staff, nice private space for vaccinations and not made to feel like giving shots was a burden for the staff. I will come back.

We shop from here all the time. Place was clean, temperature was cool, and things were organized. We usually order online and pick up our items. We've had no issue so far except for something being out of stock once. Other than that, we have had a great experience. Keep up the good work, and thank you to all of the workers!

There are to many employees standing around in groups. Nobody is there to help you. Stock on shelves is poor. The can't even put the plastic bags on the hangers.i'm sick of doing the employees job.where's my discount?

Went to Walmart, spent a couple of hours shopping for groceries, etc. Went to checkout and always paid by check with no problem. Went to pay this time with a check and guess what, store having computer issues with the check reader. Wish I knew ahead of time. Would not have wasted my time there. Would of been nice if they said something overhead that they could not take checks. They have no problem telling you over and over when the store is closing.

I usually always find what i need well maintained, helpful staff, its walmart so expect a line but self check out is always quick. Always a good walmart to go too and if you cant find it in store. You can order it online and ship it too the store for pick up.

I like the idea of shopping aisles being 1 way to help with distancing. It should be enforced though because no accountability makes it a wasted effort. So.eine in the store should assure customers wear masks. Too many people not so I left. Wont be back any time soon.

I love Walmart...they usually have everything in stock. The staff does a great job keeping the shelves neat and the floors clean. The bathrooms are definitely Walmart bathrooms. I try to avoid them at all costs...the greeters are so nice!

Walmart... you either love it or hate it. I spent 20 minutes looking for an item and still could not find it. They should have locating machines where you put the item name and it tells you the aisle number.

We're going through a difficult time in our country right now, but as much as possible it is good to maintain high standards. Yesterday at the Williamsville, NY Walmart I found the plant section to be extremely dry, with hundreds of plants dying. I did bring it to the attention of three associates. So, I went ahead and watered many of the plants, upon finding the overhead hoses. (I am not an employee). It seems like one of the talkative associates in a nearby department should have been directed to the plant section. I may have saved Walmart hundreds of dollars. But couldn't an associate do what I did?

It's extremely disappointing to not see this Walmart follow established protocol and statewide direction to wear PPE properly -- and abide by all persons in a store wearing said PPE. I saw a woman walking around like there was no pandemic with no mask and no facial covering. Aside from not caring about even trying to give some distance between herself and other customers -- especially seniors as a lot are doing their shopping now -- I saw not one, not two, not three, but SIX Walmart employees see this woman and not even engage with her about why she's not adhering to NYS orders to wear protective masks in stores. On top of that, I witnessed this woman getting help from an employee who did not even bat an eye at her lack of PPE. I am not for anyone being fined crazy fees or going to jail over lack of facial coverage, but I do know that is happening in black and brown communities with many being harassed and questioned in stores when they DO wear PPE. So to see this blatant disregard -- and not have it questioned at the very least -- further speaks to how certain people are privileged in this society to do what they want and break the rules. Outside of this, two of the greeters did not even try to cover their noses with their masks. I understand they're annoying to wear, but if customers are taking steps to make sure we don't spread this by properly wearing masks, at the very least, greeters should also follow suit.

This Walmart stands out to me for what seems like wider isles. Extremely clean. Better organized. More polished. The garden center comes across as a bit bigger than some. Very well supplied. Being in Eastgate there's a huge parking area. Lots of stores. Friendly staff. Located on Transit Road between Maple and Sheridan.

My husband and I went to Walmart today to get some essential items. As you came in the door, there were two employees standing there. The one was looking at people and writing things down on a pad. I think maybe she was counting people that came in with masks on? Not sure? There was a hand sanitizer dispensary there, but it was empty! Seriously Walmart!!! Typical of Walmart! That's why we try not to go there!!!

So obsessed with the Walmart. I typically order 24 - 48 cupcakes from their bakery to compliment any birthdays or family events we have. I love that they have lots of special little free add ins that really make the cup cakes look amazing. The picture shown is unicorns and rainbows for a girl's birthday. They need 24 hour notice for any custom orders but it's worth planning in ahead to have the extra special touches. Also love thus Walmart's producer section. Great specials all the time!

I shop this store often. Earlier today I had a very pleasant experience with, Mike" in the dairy section. My wife and I are retired empty nesters and and. a gallon of milk goes a long way for us. I explained the situation to Mike and that because of coroniavirus I did not want to go out of the house again anytime soon. He went out of his way, with a smile on his face, to go behind the front loaded cooler and get me a milk with a much longer freshness date. That's service I appreciated and wanted to be sure in some small way he would get recognized for it.

We’re in the middle of a pandemic and Walmart only has a tiny corral of self check outs open, so all the shoppers in the store have to breath down each other’s necks to pay for their groceries. CDC says 6 for distancing!!! Walmart you make enough money, open up some more lanes so we don’t all get sick you greedy jerks!!

Awesome customer service, very helpful and friendly. Wish I knew his name so I could give him a thank you shout-out. He helped us find the hand sanitizer which is flying off the shelves.

Good place, love to go there, just be careful of a woman named "Faith," she stands by the self check out from 10pm til 3am. Just ignore her and run for the hills if she starts a conversation. She has some, let's just say, uncomfortable conversations.

I like this location because it just seems more organized or easier to shop at. Ant the prices are always great for the things we need no matter when you go there.
