Been a member for 6 months at Body & Brain Yoga. Best decision I made. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The classes are both physically and mentally relaxing. It helped me find healing and peace.Master Joyce is great. She is a lovely woman and instructor that shows care and concern to her members.

The atmosphere is so warm and inviting! The instructors are super friendly and the classes are truly beneficial for any fitness level. The stretching and other exercises make me feel rejuvenated and so relaxed ! Every class is an opportunity to recharge my body, mind and spirit !
