Our family moved back to the area in 2017. Since then, this bank and the tellers, staff have been efficient, accommodating, professional and welcoming. Any few issues we had were resolved and we thank them for their continued assistance.

Once again, Santander Williston Park dropped the ball - customer service is non-existent. They promise you someone will be in touch in a few days, it's now day seven and still waiting. Run away from this banking institution. Major disappointment.

I came here to deposit see money into my Santander account and when I finished, I realized that I really had to use the restroom. I asked the tellers inside if they had one and they said it wasn't really for public use, but if it's an emergency they will let me use it. Yes, it would be nice if they had a public restroom like TD bank, but I thought it was very nice that they helped me out, they could have just said no and made me go somewhere else. So, shout out to Diana for leading me down to the restroom. I also love how Santander has no fees of you use the account once a month, they also never charge overdraft fees, Chase charges $34 per overdraft.

Evelyn helped my cousin in Argentina open an international account and he was incredibly impressed with her attention to detail and concern for attending to all aspects of the transaction. The card had to be expedited, and while mail to Argentina is usually a challenge, everything went smoothly thanks to Evelyn and the branch manager, Dan. Thank you so much for everything! Kudos to Evelyn for providing excellent banking services!

I came in to verify my identify and no one helped me . Half hour later I am still waiting for Personal Banker Italia to finish making phone calls even though she acknowledged me sitting around waiting for her. Great lack of customer service. Why would you place calls prior to assisting a client who is sitting around waiting for you. They clearly consider people’s time a joke at this bank. Closing my account immediately!

Wasted about 3 hours over 2 visits trying to open a business checking account. Staff didn't know what documents were needed. I got a call saying they can proceed if I brought in one form, then after getting there they said I needed another form.

The tellers will shout greetings to you as you enter but everything else is downhill at this bank. Personnel and management at this branch are sorely lacking in competence and everything you want to do here takes a very long time as no one seems to know what they are doing. The Santander telephone center is also bad. Don't be fooled by promotional interest rates, they end after six months and there is no reason to stay at this bank and branch.

Don't expect any follow up when you apply for a loan at this branch. You have to constantly follow up on the status yourself. The person responsible for this does not even bother returning your phone calls or replying to your emails. Very disappointing and frustrating. Won't do much business with them going forward
