Duane reade is now Walgreens. Service is somehow slow in the pharmacy for pickup they have most of the time one person behind the counter also if the line is huge. They also have issue with their system I have to go over insurance datas alsmot every visit.

This location the staff is very rude and unprofessional I was at the store they was no help I called to fill my medication and was on hold for 45mins I call back the the management was rude and hust put the call on hold again im changing my pharmacy and take my money other places very unprofessional standers im a very unhappy customer and I do hope corporate sees this review and have this location invested ASAP.

Duane Reade is a very good pharmacy to get your prescription drugs, products for home and vitamins. I recommend this store to everyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not sure if it’s due to incompetence or negligence, but this pharmacy has caused numerous delays in my prescriptions being filled. They are careless and rude when dealing with people and loudly complain about customers in front of others. I will no longer trust them with my private health information. While my delays have caused physical discomfort, their inability to fill prescriptions and communicate with people could kill someone. I would avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

If something you want is locked up and needs store assistance to get, you're better off ordering from AMA ZON. It'll be cheaper and you'll get it quicker

I placed a order online and called few times and the person is not responding they hang up the phone on me few times, I guess I would have to show up at the store, you guys need to hire someone else. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE

I went to look for some photos and they took care of me right away. Not like other places I've been to and there are a lot of people and only one person serving.

It’s supposed to be open until 10pm. But the manager on duty closes the door by 9:50 and refuses to let anyone in. Why have hours posted that aren’t going to be observed? He literally stared at me through the glass door & kept another employee from opening the door.
