Extremely professional and nice employees, waiting time was less than 2 minutes, this postal service has parking lot for customers which is very convenient. Overall extremely satisfied and highly recommend to submit your passport application here you won’t regret

This is a review of the post office in Woodmere, NY. The workers here are fantastic!!!. They go the extra mile to be helpful. Courteous. I lost my tracking receipt, they took the extra time to find it (Rae). They move the line along efficiently. I wish all branches were like this one.?????

There were two emoloyees, one of whichwas extremely nice & polite. Nonetheless, another one who served us was very impolite and was doing her job like she was doing a favor, not her job... zero star for this post office because of that employee.

This is a review for the Woodmere, NY Post Office. The people here are dedicated to doing a great job , being efficient, being helpful and friendly, and providing excellent customer service in a friendly courteous manner. Kudo to all. They go the extra mile. I only wish all post offices were red like this one.

An excellent post office, lines are usually not long. the staff is friendly and helpful. fore sure a top 5% post office, especially compared to the nearby NYC ones.

I was quite surprised to see usps employees so dedicated to their jobs. They were so nice and attentive. It isn't something that can be usually seen in offices in Brooklyn where I live.
