**Access Issues at 24-Hour Facility**
I had 24-hour access to the facility. My car was towed, even though employees assured me I could park it there and provided a parking permit after the car was towed. This is illogical, and they seem unwilling to resolve the issue.
**Warning to Others:**
- If you have a business, avoid this place.
- If you plan on being in the storage for an extended period, avoid this place.
**Customer Service Experience:**
- Called the customer service number and was directed to call the store. This was a big waste of time.
Let’s hope they get their act together.
