Carl's Jr Offers Redhook Beer-Battered Fish To Customers

Carl's Jr. is already known for offering quality, new products in the fast food world and it is bringing back one of its most sought after foods - the Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich.

The Redhook Beer-Battered Sandwich is a crispy wild-caught Alaska pollock fillet that's been beer battered. It comes with a creamy tartar sauce, tomato and fresh lettuce on a sesame seed bun. The sandwich is co-branded with the Redhook Brewery in Seattle and has a unique tang that comes from their Extra Special Bitter ale.

Hardee's and Carl's Jr. Chief Marketing Officer Brad Haley said the restaurant has created a reputation for being an innovative leader in the fast food industry, being the first to combine beer and spirits into foods. He said the company recently unveiled its Budweiser Beer Cheese Bacon Burger and its Midnight Moonshine Burger. He said the first beer/spirit-related food was the Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich, which fans have been clamoring to get their hands on once more.

The sandwich is available at any participating location and can be ordered for $3.29 as a single entree or $5 for two entrees, or $5.89 as a combo meal - sandwich, fries and a drink. Prices will vary based on the location.
