Ross Dress For Less Store Signs Lease For One Bellevue Place Project

Ross Dress for Less is coming to the One Bellevue Place - the site that used to be the Bellevue Center mall.

Ross Dress for Less is based in Dublin, Calif., and it will take up to 22,000 square of space and have a 10-year lease that can be expanded upon for year an additional 20 years if need be. It's just the latest retail store to sign up for the redevelopment project.

Ross Dress for Less spokeswoman Connie Wong said there's no opening date scheduled as of yet.

The company is joining OshKosh B'gosh, Off Broadway Shoes, Burlington Coat Factory, Maurices and Carters at the site, which will be located along Highway 70 and Interstate 40.

It's thought that the One Bellevue Place will be 375,000 square feet of retail space as well as a hotel, office buildings and apartments.

Other signed lease tenants include HomeGoods, Sports Clips, PetSmart, Ultra Beauty, Results Physiotherapy, Noire the Nail Bar and Pacific Dental Services. There will also be a Carmike theater and Sprouts Farmers Market grocery store at the site. Restaurants that have signed up for various plots include Chili's Grill and Bar, Panera Bread, Wild Eggs, Desano Pizza Bakery and Chicken Salad Chick.

There are roughly 1400 Ross Dress for Less stores in the U.S. including locations in Nashville, Spring Hill, Clarksville, Columbia and others.
