I called ahead of coming in. Lexis was professional and kind on the phone. When I arrived, she made herself immediately available for me. She started the process of upgrading my phones and it was smooth and easy.I will be visiting with her again on Tuesday, to return my old phone and to discuss my U-Verse accounts.

Wonderful service Lexis answered all our questions. There was no wait. We left Verizon after waiting an hour & no assistance, then went to AT&T they helped us right away and were more professional than Verizon.

5 star stellar experience at this location. I had a terrible experience with the in-home experts, long story short I came into the store where Kiara, and store Managers Emanuel and Jamie all took great care of me. I got the best savings I could with AT&T, not only did this team resolve my issue, They were also very kind and generous and patient. Thank you

I dont want to give any "STAR" , i wanted to give "ZERO" rating as this team was FULL OF RUDE people in APEX AT&T store, I had my AT&T Wireless and Prepaid with 4 lines for more than 6 Years and i have switched to different provider only because of the Rudeness.1. i had added 2 new lines to existing 4 lines and the support person in the store added additional features which was not requested, he promised us a activation FEE waiver , but the bill had FEEs added2. He added additional insurance and some Add-ons which i had to pay 6$ extra for the new lines which we did not request and he also did not discuss those options.3. When i went back to store and asked about this , the support person immediately started bullying and did not even respond to any questions we were asking. Store Manager was seeing all this but did not even come forward to ask what the issue is.People to People respect to the first quality to learn in Customer service

I just called (11:37AM, Sunday, 10/22/2023) and spoke to the first customer rep whose arrogance, rudeness, and overall demeanor was unbecoming of a proper customer experience. They were very gruff, impudent and all patience was lacking. First of all, they did NOT identify themselves, never spoke with any modicum of interest, and NEVER said goodbye when I said goodbye to end the conversation. Amazingly poor customer interaction. Instead of going there, I am going to the AT&T store in Holly Springs. Perhaps they are having a bad day, but this is NOT what AT&T needs especially in this time.

We switched back to att from Verizon. Verizon has worst customer service ever! Great experience with our sales rep at att store.

The AT&T store technician was rude and not able to help me. He was trying to sell me and convince me to change active and working SIM card. He was not at all professional and telling me that your phone does not work, which I have used 1 min back before entering to storeVery bad service and I am looming to transfer all my 5 lines to other mobile carrier.

I had numerous disappointments with the Holly Springs AT&T store. They do not know what they are doing in that store, even the manager. I upgraded a phone and my bill almost doubled and the manager wasn't even able to fix it. I decided to take my business to the Apex store and Lexis P was amazing! She was knowledgable, courteous and acknowledged us immediately when we entered the store. I will definitely use Apex AT&T for my future business!
