I had to get a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. I called on Monday, they didn't have selection unfortunately, that's on me. Not them. They just so happened to have a chevrolet bolt euv. But it worked! If in the future I need a future rental for whatever reason, I'll contact them. Good rates too! I work at a dealership, and was able to charge for free. I had to charge at a few different chargers, but it wasn't really that bad. So once again, thank you!

It was good at 1st.. but I didn't like that they charged me for insurance again. After I did all my reservation online. If you put everything in online why would they do it again in person.. then they lied and said they would process a refund. Never did, I did a follow up and was told they would call me back. Never did, have to put a claim through my bank.

I recently had an Unpleasant Experience with your Recent services. After my recent car accident(which was not my fault) my insurance company booked a rental car at this location for 40 days while the collision center was repairing my car. When I try to use my own auto insurance during the car pick up from the rental car service , I was assured by the agent ( I guess his name is Brian) ,that the expenses related to the accident were covered by the other party's insurance and I do not buy or use my own insurance. I was surprised to be charged $1250 on my credit card upon returning the car. This inconsistency in information has left me dissatisfied with your company's transparency and communication.

Well I have to say they came through after this chic mest up the whole driver side of my three month old brand new car i got the chance to drive a electric car i like them and I don't I'll wait till they put a lot more electric station around town but Hertz you good but you have to get more cars in stock... PEACE PEACE PEACE.

This is by far the worst rental car establishment I have ever rented from! Had to wait at the counter longer than we should have had to with as many people working as there was and no other customers. We paid for a mid size car. They gave us a compact car. Not very comfortable for tall people! The car was dirty inside. Crumbs and trash around all the seats. Windows were so dirty not even having the defroster on cleared them up! Had to wash them ourselves to safely drive. The car sounded like it was going to blow up the entire time we were driving it. Was the most uncomfortable ride ever! Had to return it early it was so bad!We have tried to contact someone regarding this but have not been successful. Definitely sticking to enterprise from now on!!

Don't bother trying to use the Neighborhood Delivery service. Even though this location advertises that it can deliver the car to your location and complete the necessary paperwork there, the staff claims not to offer that service at all when you call to arrange it (even months in advance, as I did) - yet, somehow, they insist that the advertisement is not even inaccurate.

The people who worked here were very friendly and courteous. I enjoy just chatting with him. A lot of them grew up in the local area and knew a lot about the local area. We got our car from here and it did have mechanical problems, but everybody at Hertz was very friendly and helpful and got the situation resolved. We even had a little knocked off our price from the staff at this location. Very pleasant experience.

Contracted through dealership servicing and car showed up very late, unclean inside and out and agent did not offer a contract. He just wanted to photo copy my credit card number and ID and write my number on a sheet of paper. Legitimacy seems iffy. Even after I requested a contract and clean, the car had a musty smell and was appeared unwiped down. They weren't able to provide an alternative.

This location is very nice and has great customer service. It's just unfortunate that the nice people there are tied to such a scammy company.I rent cars very frequently and via various providers (I have status on all of the big ones) My issue is with the SCAM re: tolls that Hertz is engaged in. I rented a car for 8 days. Did not choose a toll pass rental because I was expecting two small tolls, max, and at less scammy companies, e.g. Avis and National, you do get an extra charge for tolls but it's not outrageous. I did not realize that HERTZ RIPS OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS so ended up with $125+ toll charge for an eight day rental that included two four-dollar tolls. Yes, it's in the fine print. But it's so beyond the norm that I failed to PROTECT MYSELF FROM THIS SCAM. Then, on the phone, Hertz blames PlatePass. Each pointing at the other but Hertz owns the customer, chose PlatePass as their third party provider, and negotiated the agreement. STEER CLEAR! Honestly, National is the best, generally a few dollars more, and Avis is generally fair (but car quality varies a lot by location). ANYONE is better than Hertz.

Great team and car selection. I’ve rented several cars here and have always had a good experience overall. It gets busy at times and I have had to wait. Hopefully Hertz will make picking up and dropping off a bit easier in the future for their teams.

Daniel was very helping today in getting me into a vehicle. I was lucky they could find a rental with the extreme conditions the local dealership left me in. Daniel was compassionate to my situation and and overall great human being. This review is more so for the individual representation Hertz but I will update with how everything goes on the back end.

The worst rental place that ever is. Have rented 100’s of cars around all places in US, their customer service is the worst. Do not book it here if you 100% need a car. When I walked in after a same day booking, the manager (Mike Kistler) had the audacity to say that they don’t have cars. He told me that it happens all the time. They get more reservations than cars and proceeded to say something absurd about sometime people not having money and when they have money cars are sold out. He made it my problem. It was as if I made a mistake. He had absolutely no regret & made the situation as if I had made a mistake. After I protested and told him that it was his responsibility to fix it as I had a confirmed booking, he then offered a electric vehicle as the only option with a range of 230 miles. That did not work for my needs. Stay away from this horribly run place and an even horrible manger Mike Kistler who has zero regard for confirmed booking and customer service.

Very pleased with their customer service. In and out less than minute. I had to wait two hours in another hertz location in capital boulward to get a reserved car but here was less than a minute.

This place is my go-to Hertz location. The association who always delivers the best customer service and kindness is Scott!! I walked in to rent a car pretty close to lunch. The associate at the desk close to the door greeted me was initially kind, letting me know that he would be right with me if I took a seat and waited. I responded “take your time”. I suppose he didn’t like that statement as I then heard him joke with another customer about not taking his time while he was trying to get to lunch. I shrugged it off and was met with a superb customer service from Scott. He worked efficiently and quickly to complete my reservation and select my car for my journey. My car was clean and a perfect fit for my rental needs.
