I have banked with Champion for many years. They have ALWAYS in ALL WAYS been very helpful! This morning was no exception! I had created a terrible situation with my bank account and I stopped by the Arden branch for help. I was met with a smile and when I presented Travis with the problem that was entirely my fault he helped me take care of it and he STILL had a smile when I left! Nathaly Gomez at the arden office was AMAZING!! She was beyond helpful to me in figuring out all my options to getting a lifestyle loan. Everything was so easy to understand. She was so thorough in explaining the process of what the terms and rates where, what I needed to do, and what she would be doing. She worked with me over the phone and through email to get my loan applied for, processed and approved. This was so helpful as I was dealing with my 17 year old dog at the emergency vet. She was so helpful and compassionate, I would definitely recommend seeing her if you're in need of a loan. A lot of people don't give true customer service anymore and she went above and beyond! She really made me feel like she was there to help me. I hope this branch knows how lucky they are to have such a wonderful employee.

Jessica was extremely helpful in refinancing my auto loan. Everything was simple and easy. Working over the phone and through emails meant I didn't have to take time off of work to close this loan.
