Worst Financial institution I ever Briefly had an account with. I realized quickly how terrible the people and their policies are, so I closed the account in less than 30 days. I advise you put your money in your mattress before even considering opening an account with this place.

I can't express how pleased I have been with their customer service! Travis has been amazing in setting up an equity line for our home renovation. He has been friendly, patient, and unbelievably responsive to every question I have had during the process. I highly recommend Champion Credit Union.

I was able to refinance my car, which is a life changer, and got 2% cash back! Went back the next day and got approved for a loan! I got the best interest rates I could find. They helped us be able to get back onto our feet again. Nathaly Gomez helped me twice in less than 24 hours; she was very kind, patient and easy going.I am very excited to be a new customer.

I have banked with Champion for many years. They have ALWAYS in ALL WAYS been very helpful! This morning was no exception! I had created a terrible situation with my bank account and I stopped by the Arden branch for help. I was met with a smile and when I presented Travis with the problem that was entirely my fault he helped me take care of it and he STILL had a smile when I left! I made it to work on time with a weight off my shoulders and a smile on MY face! Thank you Champion, and particularly Travis for being professional,friendly and efficient!!!

Nathaly Gomez at the arden office was AMAZING!! She was beyond helpful to me in figuring out all my options to getting a lifestyle loan. Everything was so easy to understand. She was so thorough in explaining the process of what the terms and rates where, what I needed to do, and what she would be doing. She worked with me over the phone and through email to get my loan applied for, processed and approved. This was so helpful as I was dealing with my 17 year old dog at the emergency vet. She was so helpful and compassionate, I would definitely recommend seeing her if you're in need of a loan. A lot of people don't give true customer service anymore and she went above and beyond! She really made me feel like she was there to help me. I hope this branch knows how lucky they are to have such a wonderful employee.

Jessica did a great job on refinancing our auto loans. She made the process so easy. We were able to do e-signatures for everything which was amazing since both my husband and I work. They gave us great interest rates, and we couldn't be happier!

Jessica was extremely helpful in refinancing my auto loan. Everything was simple and easy. Working over the phone and through emails meant I didn't have to take time off of work to close this loan.
