Woo-hoo was excellent! At the Asheboro airport off NC-49. Admission was $10 each +tax for reg adult. 2 hangers full of planes, self-guided. Really enjoyed. Recommend!

Very cool slice of aviation history! Mostly WWII and Korea War Era planes and Jeeps. We had a great time walking around both hangars and the ramp with the bomber.

Great collection of old planes and war memorabilia. Two hangers full of some pretty interesting things. They also have a nice little gift shop, and the museum is at a small landing strip so we were able to see one plane land and two take off. ??
