I’m a Wells Fargo customer and really like my bank BUT this branch is simply AWEFUL!!!!! Never enough staff, always long waiting lines and slow service. I will never go back here.

Fantastic service experience depositing my check with Allison today in the drive thru. She welcomed me as a new client to WF, asked how to correctly pronounce my name, and offered a solution on the mobile app to link my debit card to easily perform future deposits from my other bank, all while quickly completing my transaction. Very impressed with my visit today.

God awful bank. Go anywhere else. You wait forever inside. Last week I was in the drive through for 30 minutes and they closed as I finally made it to the window and told me the last car they would take just passed. Today, inside, after a 20 minute wait, the lady told me that she could not deposit my check as it was over her limit (the check was under $3,200) and that I would have to wait on the one person that day that had more seniority (and that person was at a 3:15 PM "lunch".)And note that was a deposit only -- Not for any withdrawal!Wells Fargo hates you.

yall go to Wells Fargo in Asheboro make sure you check your envelopes before you leave ( while you're still in the bank ) and make sure they actually put your money in there !!! Lord it was a rough afternoon with these people and they were so rude and made rude comments like I couldn't hear them . I was cashing a check I had gotten from a shirt sale and the teller didn't even put the cash in my envelope. She acted as if she couldn't have made a mistake at all and the lady beside her was rude made Snide comments like I couldn't hear her !! Said she would check the cameras and I told her to go ahead I had nothing to hide because she made a mistake!! I will always check in front of the teller from here own out . I'm so glad I dint do my banking there .

Been a customer here for over 11 years. I just recently found out my landlord/property owner works here. Considering the treatment we have been given by him and the realtor that manages our duplex, I'm out. Must be nice to buy up properties and look down on the tenants who rent from you. Shame on this man for how he treats his renters. He pretty much made fun of me for living in one of his run down properties.It's shameful how the rich get richer off of the backs of hardworking people.

I have a small vending machine bussiness so I am in the bank 2 to 3 times a week. This week 3 times. All 3 times at least a dozen people in line. 1 teller and 2 drive thru tellers and the manager. Today the manager asked me why I was there? To make a deposit. Personal or business? Bussiness. Checks? No, cash and coins. She says oh, you have to do that in here. I really knew that. Then I say to her that it would really help if she would open a teller window when its so busy like it is now. She says I bet it would but because I am the branch manager I am not allowed to handle cash.So on top of closing the 2 other branches near me I have to wait more then 20 minutes each time I come in the bank because you only have 1 teller.Very unhappy!!!

Awful experience. They closed my business account just because we are a convenience store and a third party money transfer agents. They requested a bunch of documents which I sent back and according to the manager in the financial crime dept there were incomplete but she didn’t even care to help me out complete them or to let me know they were incomplete, next thing I found out my account was closed and I couldn’t make any deposits for outstanding checks. So many employees with a huge lack of interest in customers. Never again I will do business with this bank.

Super slow don’t open on time had to stand outside after 9 am they was to be already spent it was almost 9:20 before they unlocked doors now lobby is closed every one has to use drive through witch is slow. Set in drive through for over an hour.

If I had written a review 9 months ago I would have given O stars. Second week of November 2021 I started to think maybe their is hope for this bank. I had a marvelous teller at the window and it really changed my attitude about this bank. I have a paper to be notarized this week and I hope that goes smoothly. Prior to this November I was thinking about closing out three accounts and looking for a better bank. Wells Fargo used to be a great bank but I don’t know what has happened to them.
