Charmed Asheville is a cute shop on Broadway. The store is larger than it appears from the door as when you keep going in you will find more and more items to buy. The clerk was very friendly and even offered to hold my items at the register while I continued to browse. I would suggest looking at your receipt before you leave as I was charged for an extra item but didn't discover it until I was home. But the store did issue me a refund for that so all is good.

LOVE this boutique! Cutest little store we went to, right downtown Asheville.The staff was super friendly, and they had a great collection of jewelry, clothing & gifts made by local artists.

This place is AMAZING. Helen and Mia at the Biltmore Avenue location went out of their way to accommodate my special request this past weekend. I needed to get a gift to the organizer of a conference that was being held at an Asheville hotel. I could not make it to their boutique in time before they closed that evening because I was driving in from Hickory after work. Helen coordinated the sale over the phone and filled out a special notecard with exactly what I wanted it to say and then Mia hand delivered the package and the card to the front desk of the hotel before the person checked in, then actually called me to let me know exactly when she did it so I knew. You just don't receive this kind of exemplary customer service anymore. Not only will I be back to shop in person for myself and others for gifts in the future, but I will tell as many people about their boutique that will listen. Please support this local business whenever you are in Asheville or if you can't make the trip there, shop online for your gifts. You will love them!

One of my favorite stores from our trip to Asheville. A perfect mix of boutique clothing, jewelry and fun gifts. And the staff are super professional and nice. Ooh and a ton hilarious cards!

This boutique has it all! It’s one of the cutest stores downtown and showcases some of Asheville’s local artists, which I love! The service was awesome and the girls who work there are very helpful and sweet! I highly recommend!
