I don't do jewelry stores normally. Found a nice set of emerald earrings here for my girlfriend. A very nice lady helped me. Note to self.... buy the replacement/damage insurance next time.

Wheelchair accessible although tops of counters are high. Some turns may be too tight. Staff are excellent. Polite, funny, knowledgeable. Prices are great!

I've purchased from Helzberg several times over the years. It had been my choice jewelry store any time I needed to make a jewelry purchase I would go there over Kay's or any of the others. This past year one associate has made it so I will never purchase from them again. Last fall for our bi annual trip to have our jewelry inspected and cleaned (we've purchased the warranty on everything we've bought to keep them in good condition) the woman, Kathy, who is the assistant manager, audibly sighed when she saw we had so many inspections. It was very noticeable and very rude and it mortified my mother. We had to get her to send my necklace chain in for repair and she said she didn't think it had a warranty, despite her having the inspection card with the lifetime warranty stamped on it in hand. She ended up keeping my inspection card, at least we never got it back. Went to pick up a ring and my chain again as when they repair it they only solder it making the chain have a weak spot and thus needing to be repaired frequently, and Kathy was there again. I didn't want to deal with her but figured I would give her the benefit of the doubt as I was just picking up to repair pieces and getting my pendant cleaned and inspected. She signed the inspection card on the ring that came back from repair, without even looking at it. I asked her to print out a new inspection card for my pendant as we never had it returned the last time. She printed it out and immediately initialed it. I said to her, I need to get the pendant inspected. She says I just did that. No ma'am you signed it, it needs to be cleaned and inspected. She took it without saying anything and did clean it, however once again the attitude from having to perform simple maintenance on a warranty has made me never want to give them my business again.

I walked into Helzberg in October of 2015 and since then, haven’t visited another jewelry store. Every time I am there they make the experience smooth and provide fantastic customer service. Billie Jean, the manager, is fantastic and the rest of her staff follows her example. The customer service and genuineness of the employees is second to none.

Where to begin....Billie Jean is absolutely, hands down, one of the best managers in one of the best stores I have ever purchased from. Her attitude is full of exuberance and her willingness to help customers is an absolute delight. I couldn’t have had a better shopping experience at the Asheville Helzberg location. Billy Jean and her team’s genuineness made my Birthday extra special, I couldn’t commend her more!

I bought a bracelet 3 months ago for my gf and this is the second time it broke. I didn’t even have to ask for an exchange, I walked in, was greeted by Kathy and I told her what was going on. She immediately asked if I would like to exchange it. That is exactly what I wanted to hear. Their computers were freezing but Billie Jean and Kathy worked on it for over an hour and did not give up. My gf and I left helzberg happier than we’ve ever left a jewelry store with some new bling bling and the secure feeling of knowing that we will always be taken care of at the asheville store. I will not shop at any other jewelry store again. Thank you Kathy and Billie Jean! I will be back for Christmas!!!
