The employees here are totally incompetent. I bought a phone and plan and they couldn’t even get my address right. Spoiler alert, they had my ID so it’s not a communication error. Maybe reading comprehension in their part. So now every time I call customer service they can’t help me because it’s not my zip code.Secondly and most importantly I wanted to purchase 2 more devices but they only had 1. I asked if they could order a second and they said no, “it just comes in our orders.” Employee put a sticky note on the device with my name and number and said they would call me when the other arrived. I didn’t hear back so the following weekend I show up and they don’t even have the original one they “saved” for me. They never ordered a second one.They are incredibly incompetent and I hope they go out of business

Worst store... Of ANY kind of I've ever been in. Staff is pushy and quick.. Lack knowledge of products..Overall I'd give it 0 stars . Maybe a frowny face . Nah.

I enjoyed this store, and the staff was very friendly. I had to get a new phone because I lost mine here in North carolina. I highly recommend this T-Mobile because they're thorough they tell you honestly and they give you the best deals if they are available.

It's so hit or miss as to whether you get someone who's helpful. Sergio is great, and has been helpful anytime he was there even if he wasn't the one helping. The others I've dealt with are either useless or have to ask Sergio for help

So far they have been very good but they sale phones but has no idea how to check them. I just got a phone from them and it gets really hot plus I can't seem to get internet or service when I go home and if I leave town. All they can say is (They don't know) It makes me feel like changing service again. I just left boost mobile for the same reason and Meto sword they were better ( it doesn't look it) but I do like how they offer security that anyone can with their plans. It can also be placed on at least 10 other computers, laptop ,tablets, phones, etc.

DO NOT!! we have been with Tmobile for over 17 years. Signed up for 2 promotions and customer service says that there not valid. Cost us thousands.

Continue problem with service , not ringing at times not letting others call in, and getting texts way late, on top of no service phone tech problems. Even worse they don't even have my card on file that I filed how? When you billed it the last 6 months

Real friendly and real customer support unlike the phone# you're supposed to call just to have your bill go up without an explanation and not have the issue I called about addressed at all.
