Really enjoyed Panera's cobb salad. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. We will definitely be back!

If I could give this Panera Bread negative stars I would. I ordered my food on the app because I was under a time constraint. When I entered the building, there was only one employee visible. She was elbow deep in an oven, so she gets a pass. There was no one behind the counter and no one in the Togo pickup. I heard loud laughter from the back and someone clapping(?). I waited forever for someone to notice me. When Caitlyn FINALLY realized I was there, she handed me my food. I asked for the corporate number and she immediately got an attitude. She walked to the back and apparently told her co-workers that I was complaining. Another girl came out of the back to see me. I waved at her and she immediately ran back to the back of house. The shift manager, John, came out to tell me he didn’t have the corporate number (how convenient). When I told him that I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me, he said they were taking out the trash. It takes EVERY employee in the building to take out the trash? I didn’t see any of them wash their hands! Caitlyn stated that they were just laughing and having a good time (while I was waiting for them to acknowledge my presence). John told her to be quiet as I was explaining what happened. When I arrived to my destination, I realized that I had a completely different order. I ordered a BLT w/ Avocado and a cup of broccoli and cheese soup. My name was on the bag! I received four cups of soup, some kind of flatbread and a salad. My wrong order tells me the employees aren’t paying attention to the orders they are making or bagging. They are giving away lots of product for free because they wanna laugh, have a good time and not acknowledge the people who provide the money for their paychecks. The restaurant it self, was very dirty. There were food particles on most of the tables in the front. There were a few dirty tables with dishes on them. There was also a fowl odor like truck stop bathroom.Save yourself some time and hassle and eat somewhere else! There are way too many restaurants in Asheville that would love to have your business. Panera Bread on Hendersonville Road is obviously not one of them.

Overpriced. Sandwich bread was dry and very little inside the sandwich. Danish was stale as well.

Okay so not the kitchens fault but the chicken soup is way too salty.

Placed an online order for pickup. Stood waiting for food only to find out 21 min after order was filled that it was (behind) the counter. No one asked if they could help. Mgr walking around doing paperwork and the employee that I approached to find out about my order was telling people she hated her job. I was not happy and they knew it when I left! Never Again!!!!!!

This place was sooooo dirty. You know it’s bad when you can’t find a single clean table in a fast food joint. Also, the bathroom was horrendous. Panera used to be the “nice” fast food, but I’d avoid this location at all costs. They don’t give a hoot about what it looks like in there. Vibes were

Panera is a place to go for my family and me when there is one in the area. The food is always great, service, it is always good, no complaints about that; the atmosphere is always great and what I like the most is the atmosphere created by the customers in Panera, it is always so good.Vegetarian options: The vegetables to add to options are an extensive list.Parking: You park on any available spot which the three times I've been there have been plenty.Kid-friendliness: Menu options, drinks, snacks.Wheelchair accessibility: It is but I did not pay much attention to it.

So over priced, my sandwich was a couple of pieces of dry chicken and a tiny quarter piece of bread. No avocado, onions or mayo. For over $20 I expect to have what’s actually listed on the menu. I used to love going to Panera but after trying everyone one in town. I cannot afford to pay so much and get so little.

Ordered delivery. Personally disgusted that the bread was left loose in the bag without covering. Ordered soup and salad and received no utensils to eat with.

Been going here for 10 years and it's by far the nastiest, dirtiest Panera I've ever seen and I've been to dozens in the tri state area. The staff always seem angry and miserable and the floors are filthy; the bathrooms gross, outdoor and indoor furniture damaged and falling apart. I am a convinced after coming here for so many years they only clean the place at the end of shift. It's just disgusting that any owner of a franchise can look at themselves in the mirror and think they are running a reputable Panera. Corporate could care less, written once or twice and nothing happens. The only saving grace is that the food quality is consistent and their rapid pickup flawless.

This is *the* oldest Panera location I've been to, out of 25+ across the country. It's also "short-staffed"It's a franchise and some locations are certainly left behind... This one doesn't even half the self-order kiosks that have been in all but 1 store!

It was good the dishes, and it looks like a very nice place to go in the morning.
