This location should be shut down by the Attorney General/BBB! Wish there was zero stars to give. Save yourself a lot of problems and go to another location. I was a Call Center Manager for years for the cell industry therefore customer service is my mantra.An associate took my Samsung, gave me a lesser model for trade. When I tried my phone it didn't work.. because all of his private information and his line was attached to my phone. After reading multiple reviews... This is a very common practice. Pure scam artists!!!I brought my phone back and another associate rolled his eyes and said, " his information is on there isn't it?". So it's a known practice. They tried saying I pretty much need to eat the phone since I " agreed to terms and conditions". Oh really? Also, they placed the wrong SIM card onto the device. Therefore, I can hardly make or receive calls, calls drop and callers can't hear me.After multiple visits to another location and speaking to corporate, they're shipping me a new device under previous warranty. The District Manager has been contacted as well.Check your bills to make sure you're only paying for lines requested!!!Sorry to be a Karen.. but Kaiden and his scammers need to go. Not owned by TMobile , just a franchise which is horribly run. Stay clear of this location! ???

Worst location around. For starters they’re not even an authorized T-Mobile location, they’re privately owned aka a franchise. I think that’s important to note off the bat. Went into this location to get helped with a cracked screen. I had a galaxy s32; an $800 phone. Kaiden did not advise to me that I had insurance coverage. Shame on me for not advocating further, but you would think they’d be upfront and do the right thing. WRONG. instead they sold me a revvl x6; a $200 phone. He scammed me into a fast sale rather than taking the time to do what was right! Effing clowns! And better yet, He also uploaded his information to it, I had access to his email, his Mastercard info, bitcoin info; he legit set the phone up to his own info. Sorry not paying for your service there Kaiden. Also when we bought the phone on 12/26 he put a 4G SIM card into a 5G phone. I have not been able to make calls or receive calls. District managers advise they’re investigating the store. Customer service can’t seem to even help. I’m basically screwed and now dish more money out of my pocket to get a working phone!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EXTREMELY PREDITORY!I went to T-Mobile in 2022 and it has been the biggest regret of my life. They gave me a device upon check out that my sales clerk (Patricia) told me it was free. I was secretly charged for MONTHS and when I found out, I immediately went in to cancel my plan. They asked me to return the device and they would happily take away all associated charges. Mistakes happen, I get it. I was completely calm and polite. Gave the device back no problem. Ever since then they have been calling collection agencies placing hits on my credit FOR YEARS. At least once a year from 2022 until now (2024) I have had to repetitively submit photo evidence of me returning the device or receipts showing a Zero balance from 2022! No matter who I call or how many times I submit this paper, every year they put a hit on my credit and I have to resubmit it. I call T -mobile and they cannot help me. I call the collection agency and they tell me I have to call T-Mobile. It is a never ending nightmare.I have worked tirelessly to get my credit score to where it is. Never missing a payment on anything in my life. All of that being ruined over some mistake that was not even my fault.

The worst cell carrier ever. The service is terrible and they wasted soooooo much of my time when they switched from billing a credit card to billing directly to my checking account and had internal issues.

Assistant manager Ziah Kennedy and manager Tony added his own phone and line to our business plan!!! Found out after we got the bill. Beware!!!! Go to the corporate store if you want help or need to buy a new phone, save yourself. H

This place was great. One of the best T-Mobile experiences I've had. I went in about an issue with my old Samsung S8 phone, and Brett very patiently informed me what we likely going on with it and my options. He even mentioned a few things T-Mobile service members at locations in the past hadn't or said wasn't possible, like being able to trade my phone in for a good discount towards a new one, with its front still intact. Was told in the past that it couldn't be traded in due to damage on the back. I was EXTREMELY relieved to hear this from Brett, and it encouraged me to go ahead and get a new phone, which I did.Throughout the rest of that day and over the next few days, he, Tony, Kaden (*sp), and others at that location continued to be very helpful and patient as I kept coming back for various reasons -- neither of which was their fault. They even helped make smooth the process of my changing phones after realizing the one I bought was too big!They were all very nice, helpful, professional, and flexible throughout, which made it a very pleasant transaction overall.For any at that location who sees this, thank you again!! And hope we won't see each other again anytime soon! ?
