I went to this location to complete my TSA Pre, and although I had an appointment and the website stated that they prioritize seeing appointments over walkins, I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time while the attendant worked a walk in after my appointment time, when she was already running late with the customers before that. I had to cancel my appointment because I had a meeting that I had to get to. I’m very very disappointed with my experience and will not be coming back. I do not recommend using this place as it is unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

They are short handed like everyone is, but they are hard working and friendly and seem to genuinely care about doing the absolute best they can and trying to be patient with customers!Sometimes when I have driven an hour to get there it's hard not to get what I came for and have to come back, but that's the labor shortage. I have run into very few employees there who act like customers are just an obstacle.

Jennifer and Amber were a huge help with getting some printing done for me yesterday. They had everything I needed printed up and ready for me within hours of my ordering it. It was just what I needed and a great value for the price!

It should be noted that during the summer TSA is busier than other times in the year. One agent can only serve one customer at a time. With that being said if there are 8 customers all scheduled for the same time slot or a time slot even 10 minutes apart, there will be a wait. This doesn't mean the said agent is not working as quickly as possible to get all customers taken care of. With one device and one agent, there is no way to speed up the process. Agents cannot turn customers away and must take walk ins on top of regularly scheduled appointments. If you go to an appointment to see a doctor, even if your appointment is scheduled at a certain time, you still end up waiting past your appointment time. If anything, it is a benefit to go to Staples for TSA versus going to the airport! More people are traveling now so wait times are increased in the summer months!

I just used this Staples to have some flyers printed for a Psychedelic Cannabis event I'm hosting and I was very happy with the speed and quality of the final product. Very easy to upload or create your own image and order online. It was done by the end of the business day on a Friday, which I really appreciated. I will definitely use Staples again for printing more promotional materials for my events in the future!

I had an AWFUL experience today at Staples on Merrimon Avenue.I went there to purchase a laptop and color printer, plus tech assistance and supplies. but no one, not ONE person acknowledged me whatsoever.I stood in the "laptop" area and looked around for eye contact, just to say I was there, waiting .... but eye contact was averted/ ignored.I couldn't believe it.Even if the customer reps who were with other customers said: "I'll be right with you, Miss.... or, "someone will be there to help you, miss" ,.... that would have been nice.But NOOOO, that didn't happen.I waited for a while, turning around to seek someone , ANYone, and when i realized that i was being ignored, I left.Was I profiled as: "Some ole woman with a walking cane who doesn't know what she wants? Will she possibly be a nuisance?They have NO idea what I was ready and MORE than willing to spend on purchasing products from this store.Just like anyone else, I expect good service. I worked retail for 12 years and it’s hard work. It’s some of the most difficult work.That being said, after shopping at this location multiple times, I’ve decided to not come back. The customer service here is truly terrible. Just shop online from another company.

Not worth making the trip here for TSA pre-check. Their system doesn't work and you'll sit in Merrimon traffic just trying to get here.

Today I had a terrible experience at the TSA Application and Renewal Counter inside the Staples on Merrimon Ave. Jennifer, who informed me that she is the only government employee on site, was quite passive aggressive and unprofessional. Although, she told me that she was a great employee and proud of her work. Yikes.She took customers who showed up after me ahead of me. Additionally, she sneered when I asked to speak to someone in charge after I waited for 30 minutes past the time of my scheduled appointment. The young male Jennifer referred me to for my compliant also lacked professional customer service skills. He didn't seem to care that many people had long wait times past the time of their scheduled appointments. The TSA application and renewal service counter appears to desparately need more than one agent on staff. Also, agents who are not jerks and delusion about their skill sets. Other people waiting indicated that the line had been backed up all morning. Jennifer said that this was typical as several individuals are able to sign up for the same time frame, which frequently creates ongoing waits for service. I filed a formal complaint with TSA.

Finally writing a review…I have ordered a lot of printing from this store, hundreds of dollars over the year, and I have an awful experience nearly every time. The printing staff are always so rude, bothered, and seem like they hate their jobs. Likely they are underpaid but it really says something when I have been here over dozens of times and almost never have a good experience. I think it’s finally time to stop supporting this store and seek printing elsewhere. Goodbye and good riddance!

This is the first negative review I've ever done... I've always had good experiences with the staff on the floor, but the past few times I've gone to use the self printing and it's been horrible. Both of the men that work in the printing department are rude and just seem to hate their jobs, being absolutely bothered anytime they have to interact with a customer. I've had negative experiences with both of them on separate occasions.They're short with customers, condescending, and utterly unhelpful. I'm sad to see that so many people in the review section have had the same experience as me. I feel bad for the other people that have to work with them because the floor workers genuinely seem nice.

I usually only leave positive reviews but here goes. Directed to printing center for check out bc nobody was working registers. Line was 7 ppl deep. It did not move at all during the 10 minutes I waited. Two ppl were working printing center. Only 1 of those ppl were actually serving customers. The one person who was serving customers spent entire 10 minutes helping one single customer with printing project. When I left there was no sign that the line would move anytime soon. Neither staff member ever once acknowledged the long line. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
