The General Manager is extremely rude. I waited to speak to him about an issue. When he came and I began explaining my concerns, he basically said I could leave if I was only going to complain. He was not interested in hearing anything "negative" about his business. He made it very clear that Customer Service is not important to him.

I absolutely despise purchasing cars, HVAC systems or phones. Ryan was great, but I think I might have annoyed him a little or a lot in my purchase decision process. I did make a purchase, but I went from a 5 star to a 2 star because I was in the store for a while and needed to use the restroom. I asked a random employee if I could use the restroom. He didn't bother looking at me and told me there were no public restrooms. Here's my thought process... my money is good enough to make a purchase at your store, but it isn't good enough to use a restroom? You probably have a public and employee restroom, but you don't want to clean the public one, so you tell customers you don't have one to avoid cleaning it. Meanwhile you cause customers to be uncomfortable and run to another store to use their restroom which I am sure they appreciate. Bottom line- if you don't like non-purchasing customers to use your restroom at least let your paying customers use the restroom you hypocrites. How does it feel to be an employee with natural bodily functions that can freely use the restroom as a human being while you treat others as segregated citizens? Did your employees tell you they refuse to clean a restroom? Are you afraid to tell an employee to clean a restroom? Verizon... don't bother sending me your AI/bot response that amounts to nothing. Been there, done it... useless!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BTW- I don't know who the snooty blond female is, but she is rude and acts like she has time for no one. I said something to her (nothing inappropriate) and she acted like I didn't exist. Nothing but attitude in her demeanor towards me.

Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone at this store without driving there. There is no direct number to dial. You must go through the 800 number and speak with somebody who won't let you get through to them!

Be Aware of this Place! I came into this Corporate Store to Pay my cellphone Bill, went to the Payment Machine and it is Not Working. Payment cannot go through. Manager of this place Refused to Process my Cellphone Payment on his Tablet, he said Get Out from this Store, or Fix the Payment Machine. It looks like I have broken their Payment Machine.

I would not recommend this store, just call Verizon and do your business on the phone. This store will lie to you regarding promotion eligibility. And their knowledge around Verizon systems overall proved inadequate.

After being with AT&T for decades, I decided to make the change to Verizon for the coverage at a new home. Ryan helped me and was AMAZING!!!I brought my own new phone. Ryan had to navigate a credit check process filled with data issues, obstacles and phone calls to get me set up. I later realized how stupid it is to put a credit check in the way of the setup when I AM NOT MAKING PAYMENTS ON A PHONE!I had started the day at a "Verizon Partner" store. I was there at 9 am and NO ONE SHOWED UP TO OPEN THE STORE! Luckily I left and went to this official Verizon store and lucked out finding Ryan.VERIZON EXECUTIVES: Go sit with staff members in these stores and see what they go through. You would find MANY ways to improve the process like NO CREDIT CHECKS IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT MAKING PHONE PAYMENTS.And tighten up those non-corporate stores.

1 star is WAY too many. This store & it's 2 employees that I dealt with were a complete joke. I made an appt 4 days prior which literally says "avoid the wait & schedule an appointment."I waited 40 minutes & watched employees avoid helping customers and then when I did sit down to speak with someone all she wanted to do was try and sell me something. She told me she was a sales representative and that's all she could help me with but if I wanted help with my cell service or the extra charges that are posting on my bill that she would be happy to get someone on the phone for me. And she got up and walked away and left me sitting there. After a few minutes I wanted to record what was going on and she called the police LOL because I was videotaping or taking pictures. It's hilarious because taking a picture of someone is not illegal they literally have cameras everywhere in the building filming all of us they just wasted everyone's time because they are lazy & not competent at their jobs. When I asked her point blank to tell me is there not someone in this building that could help me she wouldn't answer me she kept cutting me off and repeating I'd be happy to get someone on the before walking away. Thanks for validating me leaving Verizon for T-Mobile after at least 10 years. This store was once great and Tom was the BEST. Justin & the ignorant woman who called the police are laughable. Don't waste your time with Verizon. Not only does the cell service suck in Asheville but so do their employees!

I got the store at 242 tunnel road mixed up with the cellular store in the Asheville mall which closes at 8. I got there shortly after 7 and they were locking up and leaving. I was i admit pretty upset. But when I asked them why they were leaving early I was told “We don’t have to talk to you “ and “Get out of this parking lot or we’ll call the police “No worries. You’ll never have to talk to me again and I’ll avoid your parking lotFolks for cell phone needs go to the store in the Asheville mall don’t confuse that great place with 242 Tunnel Road

Kelsey Blevins helped us at the Asheville Mall store. She is extremely helpful. She explained things in layman’s terms to us, was very professional and made us feel welcome and not a bother. We so very much appreciated her great customer service!

Super helpful service, Saved us a good bit of money by transferring over our old sim cards instead of buying new ones, which is what the call center told us to do

Stood there at the door for 20 minutes, and no one ever came over to greet me or give me info on buying a new phone.Won’t be going back…ever.
