Changes we made to some of our manufacturing processes required us to rely more heavily on lithium batteries which led us to questions about their disposal. As usual ERI had all the answers and enlightened us. We will be having them take care of the batteries for us as they do with the rest or our electronics.

Their redeployment service came in really handy for us recently when we needed to shift many of our assets to a different sector of the business. They wiped clean, re-labeled and downgraded the equipment for its new intended workforce and made us feel super efficient.

You can’t be too careful when choosing an electronics recycler. There are those that are far less than honest to their customers with what they actually do with their assets. ERI’s reputation is squeaky clean and there is no chance we would ever take a risk with another.

We have started using ERI to recycle our old equipment the safest way possible. The fact that they are so eco friendly is just another reason to use them over other companies. Overall they easily get the five star rating.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They are really on top of things and anytime I have had to contact them they are very responsive. Their portal is user friendly and makes it easy to acquire documentation from, which is really helpful for us.
