This is Lowe's serves the mountain community so it's mainly for home maintenance type supplies. The best ideas to check to be sure the products You need our own hand with the website or a call. They're not the most accommodating with immediately answering calls and providing information.

I tried to call customer service to speak with someone about an order that Lowes cancelled without my knowledge.
I sat on hold for 30 minutes without speaking to anyone.
I’m not sure what kind of customer service is taught at this store. But taking care of the customer has always been important at other Lowes stores!!!

HATE Lowe's. I rarely have a good shopping experience with Lowe's (GA or NC) and this time was no exceotion. I purchased 141L red cedar shavings online at the Banner Elk location for pickup. When I went to pick it up, I followed instructions numerous times with no response or purchase brought to vehicle. Repeated attempts to call the store went unanswered. Trying to locate a customer service number for Lowe's was ridiculous and when I did, they could not assist me in notifying the store I was there. Including me, there were 5 cars not including what I assumed were employees parked along the perimeter of the parking lot. I sat there for over an hour, trying to get my purchase and/or contacting anyone employed by Lowe's. I was unable to go inside hence the reason for pickup. I gave up, went home and cancelled my order, drove to Walmart in Boone and picked up an order there which they brought to my vehicle. I'd rather drive the 62 miles (1.5 hours) to go to Home Depot in Hickory than the 2.4 miles to give Lowe's any of my money or time.

Dont come to Lowes during a weekday.... I came in for paint, a load of two by fours, some trim, and some four by eight sheets of bead board. No employees available except at the paint counter. No manager on site today. The self checkouts had lines because there are no cashiers. Going to new river building supply. Do better Lowes!

Over the past four years, my middle class husband and I have spent over 50K in this store remodeling our house. Until this summer we have never had a problem with this store. It appears since store manager Andrew left all hell has broken loose! For two plus weeks we’ve been trying to get our specially ordered door delivered to no avail. We’ve been given two different dates and no one shows, calls, nothing. Because no one answers the phone when we call, we drove 25 minutes to the store this past Saturday and was told it would unequivocally be delivered today. Stayed home all day AGAIN, no delivery. Tried to call store, no one answers when requesting ANY live person. Called Store Support number that I made a complaint with a week ago, robot advised phone service not working and told to call back! Contractor to install door has been on hold over a week! If I ever get the door I was charged for a month ago, I will start shopping at Home Depot. Whoever answers this review, please do not give me the generic answer to call the store that you reply to everyone because that, too is a waste of time. NO ONE ANSWERS!

I had a great experience at the Lowes in Banner Elk NC. The associate Greg was just wonderful. He helped me from start to finish. This will definitely be my new store. It's worth the trip.

They stick you with a company that has 2.9 stars reviews in putting up your countertops you go through hell for six weeks and oh it’s not our problem customer service I will never ever use them to remodel anything in my home ever again and no wonder Lowes is talked about so badly in the area , Great customer service once again . Never rely on Lowe’s to install your countertops and the companies they hire neither company takes responsibilities and you’re just stuck and out of luck. Worst experience in my entire life my remodel my other home with Home Depot. I guess I’ll be going back to them or a local person never using them.
