The store has gotten a lot better in last couple weeks thanks to new management. Everyone was really helpful n the manger Dawson has done great job on helping if I ever had questions. Also very clean n organized store, very helpful when finding something I need.

Great prices and great selection. I also loved the layout of the store Because I could easily find some of the clothes I was looking for online as soon as I walked in. It was all super organized and I could find my sizes easily. The staff there helped me find everything I needed quickly and was super friendly towards me as well! The manager Dawson also helped me find some matching items to pieces I had picked out and I bought my boyfriend the same shirt he was wearing that day! All in all I had a really great experience this time. Management and staff at this location has definitely changed here and it makes a noticeable difference! I will definitely be returning again soon :)

They closed the store at 4 on a Saturday due to weather. There is no snow on the roads at all.

Employees put a mask on when customers enter the store and ask visitors to wear one.- If you expect everyone to wear a mask, avoid this store because employees aren't using them.- if you want to avoid mask mandates, avoid this store because they'll force you to wear one (even though they haven't been).Also, one door is roped off.None of this keeps anyone safe and is totally pointless.

I will be doing all my shopping online from AE from now on.I was in need of another size for an item. When asked if we had more in that size, one of the girls shrugged it off and said "probably not" rather than checking their system to double check or offering to order more to the store. Because of this I put my items back since they didn't even at least try. This store lost a sale and a customer.They do the very bare minimum here. All the staff do is stand there doing absolutely nothing, not even folding anything, and talk about their love lives in earshot of their customers.

Love the one in my hometown but don't count on any customer service in this one...they're all children playing on their phones. Check out the Gap outlet and the other stores. Skip this one.

Super awkward and uncomfortable experience. One of the staff members met us at the door before entering and basically pressured us to sign up for a rewards membership to even enter the store. When we left, she said “That was a short trip.” So bizarre. Don’t understand how that interaction is supposed to encourage shoppers when they’re clearly already not getting enough business. Don’t recommend!

I was advisedd by ivy who works at the tanger outlets at blowing rock that I had to wear a mask to enter the store. I advised her that both my son and I have asthma and she said I dont care you have to wear one anyways. I will never shop at American eagle again

Great experience with employees at American Eagle in blowing rock. Thankfully they are taking the Covid-19 measures very well with maintaining distance but still helping out in such a friendly manner! SO Glad to see everyone enforcing masks in the store, it’s great to know safety is a priority!!!!! Great jobs employees of American Eagle!! You guys rock!!
