This place was closed during thanksgiving weekend but there was an open neon sign on the door. The gas machines were on and you’ll only know that they ain’t working after you swipe your card and machine gives error. Very irresponsible

These people, the 2 I know, have a hard time deciding whether they want to make money or just ripoff the locals. They only charge $75 to jump off your car, or $100 for a tow anywhere in the county but had to use a wench, which took an extra 15 to 20 minutes of time (including the very simple planning) and charged $275. I didn't request their service. The Blowing Rock police dept did this. Birds of a feather. I most definitely would have called Bill,s Garage in Boone, where the prices are the same no matter who the customer is. I told them the same thing to his face so they wouldn't be surprised with my review, except I kept it clean for the readers. These are just the facts. If you have a choice, call a Boone-based business.

The place is definitely busy but people are friendly. This is not Jiffy Lube so don’t expect your car to be fixed in hours but you can count on quality, thorough service and reasonable prices. Will definitely come back here if needed (hopefully won’t have to anytime soon )

Don’t expect any service here. They won’t have any employees to help you. Been here in the middle of the day 3 different times and there doors are always locked and store empty. Worst place ever.
